The staff was great and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The gym was a very pleasant surprise (quality equipment and all functional). The location was walkable to restaurants and the water. The building is old and a little tired, but the bathroom was nicely updated. The beds were functional but not luxurious. At the end of the day, about what I expected, probably a little better.

We liked the complimentary coffee, ice water and lollies always in the lobby. Places was freshly painted. Breakfast was great.

Bed was to hard, sauna wasn't on when we went up (feel better instructions could be given around the use of it) receptionist is very helpful but his English could be improved, or our nz accents could!! :)

Well located near the lake in the heart of Motala. The beds are super comfy, the linen high quality and clean, the breakfast is fresh and nice and there are vegan options. The staff were super helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Great place- good value for money!

Great junior suites, with functional Jacuzzi. Everything very clean and functional. Live music in the evening, great vibe at the bar-restaurant.

The curtains in the rooms were on the thin and slim side, which is a problem for sleeping during the bright Nordic summer. The room could have really used better curtains.

A nice hotel at the centre of Motala and great views. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of varieties. The staff are very accommodating and friendly.

The shower was a little dirty and the conditioner provided could be better.

Sadly the restaurant is not open on Sundays.

The Queen room had a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Great location in the middle of Motala.

The room felt a bit stuffy. We were here in march, but I can imagine that it would be worse during the summer. Opening the window for a couple of minutes resolved this, though.

It was ok.....loved the ginger shots, the variety of food is excellent,

I would prefer back bacon and English sausages and poached or fried eggs.... maybe some fruit to take away would be good too. There was no bin to put the T-Bag wrapper in next to the coffee machine, that would be good too. Also, the sliced white bread was often all gone.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel with all the support and help from lady who works at the front desk. Especially when we had some urgent issues, she’s got all the patience and made effort to help us. We really appreciate it!

Very central location, easy to reach by car. Restaurant/Pub is in the same building with a fair numbers of interesting dishes. The beds was very good, one of the few with noticed the name of the company.

There was no minibar, but a such is always nice. Parking is good but paying is an adventure if you not are an app-fan. Entering the shower could be problematic if you are more than average disabled
