The breakfast was to the standard of a normal small Swiss hotel. Lacking in the choice of a larger hotel. No complaints.

This was a New Year's dinner. The restaurant was full, probably due to the difficulty in finding extra staff the service was extremely slow. 1 hour before the amuse-bouche arrived. No apology from the waitress or Maitre D. As we were later arrivals, and early arrivals were finishing, therefore, the service became a litter quicker. The kitchen was clearly understaffed. We have had lunch and dinner at this hotel before, with no such problems. When it came the food was good, in fact too much.

Beautifully & authentically furnished; (2) Lakeside location & views; (3) Friendly, helpful & professional staff; (4) Good dinner menu of the day; (5) Breakfast menu complete except for muesli; (6) Drinks making in bedroom; (7) Impressive fruit tart options in bar!

(1) No international/English language TV channels, e.g. BBC World, Sky, CNN, etc.

The staff were fantastic and helpful and even spoke English to me. The shower was a little on the short side, for me but i am rather tall, but when i asked to change rooms they were able to acccommodate my request. The breakfast was good and served a small variety but quality produce and the restaurant in the hotel served delicious large portions of food.

Our stay just wasnt long enough to explore more of the area and the games room in the hotel!!

Amazing, we absolutely loved it. if you could take a room with a view, it will make your stay just excellent

Very nice privately run family hotel. Nice views on the lake. Easy parking right next to the hotel. Confortable double beds.

The views were amazing and having a little kitchenette and living room made our stay wonderful with our kids.

Beautiful location and great staff. Lovely restaurant. Cosy yet quite spacious rooms. Had a really great sleep!

Bathroom was a bit small. Would have liked more than one pillow.
