Very welcoming staff, which provided so much helpful information and answered all our questions with endless patience. Clean rooms - small but sufficient storage space, also in the bathroom. Extremely comfy beds. The hotel location is both very quiet and central. Bus stop directly in front of the door, walking distance to the lake and the Zauberwald. Breakfast offered everything you need, even Latte Macchiato, fresh fruit salad, veggies.... Only thing we missed were power outlets near the bed or a water kettle, but this is really just a comment on things we personally always make good use of. Thanks for everything!!!!

The location couldn't be better. The ski bus stops right in front of the hotel. It is walking distance to so many restaurants and shops as well. The staff was wonderful, and super helpful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great.

The rooms were well organized, but not many amenities besides soap. So make sure to bring any toiletries you may need. The towels were a bit thin.

The only thing I would change is to add water cookers to the rooms so that guests can prepare their own tea. Currently you have to go down to the bar to get your tea, which is ok, but it would be more comfortable not to have to leave the room and pay extra.

Everything was good. The room seemed recently renovated and everything had a new, clean feel to it.

Would like some cooked eggs with breakfast (Spiegelei, not hard boiled). Coffee is a bit strong. A small fridge in the room and some glasses would be nice. Dinner options in town are a bit limited with reservations essential and hard to get.

Very convenient location for children's ski school. Facilities for storing sports equipment was good. The rooms were comfortable and everything was simple and worked well. Breakfast followed the same pattern of good and simple. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.

The bedrooms and bathrooms were on the small side. I think it is quite expensive for what we got based on the size of the rooms, we paid over £2,600 for 6 nights in 2 double rooms.

The hotel is very clean and neat, the staff are very attentive and polite. The breakfast includes multiple options and also local products, coffee is also great. There is a bar where you can chill in the evening and also good restaurant choices nearby. For bigger families however note that there are no options for triple rooms or family rooms, so you will need to get separate doubles.

This is a fantastic hotel with a great location and fantastic and helpful staff. Everyone speaks English and is more than willing to give directions or recommendations. We will return to Lenzerheide and stay again at Lai Lifestyle.

Clean, Modern, Good facilities for a ski holiday, Very close bus stop.

Should have had twin beds rather than double. Would be handy to have a list of local pubs/bars as there were no evening restaurant facilities on the hotel.

This is my third stay at Lai Lifestyle Hotel. It has once again meet all my expectations. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfest and centrally located. Surely not my last stay.
