I've stayed here 2x before and came back because it's such a lovely place in a great location - two minutes' walk from the bus station at Chandolin Poste, two minutes from the grocery shop, and with an amazing breakfast and dinner offerings. The rooms (I stayed in the bunk bed option but by myself) are very comfortable, with a great bathroom setup (rain shower!), comfy bed, water, coffee machine and pods, and lift access to the rooms. The staff are truly lovely and let us store our overnight bags before and after our stay while we went to work up on the mountain.

The staff was polite, friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless with attention to detail and wooden finishes. The restaurant was one of the best restaurant we ate. The food was delicious with fresh ingredients. This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed

Very nice boutique hotel, in the tiny village of Chandolin. Ski access is good: shuttle or 8mn walk. Slope finishes in front of the hotel. Rooms with beautiful view on the mountain and valley. The other side on the street is ok. Food is very good and the restaurant is cosy. Staff helpful and nice

Rooms are very small relative to the price I find. There is a salon to hang out, but its on a different floor… at the end we didn’t use.

A modern yet traditional Building in as spectacular location. Great sauna and steam room and Jacuzzi. Modern rooms with great views.

No ventilation in the bathroom.

The Hotel is just charming, very well decorated, all smells good and the staff was amazing. The beds are super comfortable and breakfast was superb..

Spa is too small and not enough possibilities to relax. no suitable changing rooms for people coming from outside

Great restaurant and great location. We had a nice spacious apartment which was ideal for us.

Restaurant is great but not ideal for a small kids.

We loved the breath taking mountain views from every window, the sunny après-ski outside terrace and meals in the restaurant. The spa treatments were also very relaxing. Spectacular area, lovely slopes and snow shoe tracks...a wonderful stay all round. We will be back.

Very good breakfast with regional food. Beds and pillows quite confortable. Nice view from the room. You can go skiing directly to the hotel in a blue slope, so even our 4 year old could do it. We enjoyed a lot the ski room, the play room and the Spa area was perfect for relaxing after ski. Staff very nice and helpful
