Easy check in. Communications all fine.

A shame there is no kitchen facilities. No kettle / tea / coffee. No fridge. Room very basic. Toilet is FAR too close to the shower so hard to even use it comfortably. A shame the restaurant is closed too, so no breakfast option.

Good price considering the area and Swiss prices in general. The communication was always clear and the room was good enough, maybe small but it worked for me. The view from the windows of the room was beautiful.

Main entrance to the hotel was not so clear and the lack of staff feels weird

The location downtown was a plus and the autonomy for the check in and check out was a commodity

Too much carpet in the corridor and in the room. And the fact that you to pay a caution of 200 euros while you already pay for the room is quite regrettable

Very quiet. Few rooms on each floor. Good quality bedding, as usual for Accor hotels. Modern design with plenty of accessible power plugs, USB plugs. Nice food at the restaurants and snacks (muffins, croissant) available throughout the day. Underground parking lot. Pretty good restaurant. Approx 150e with breakfast.

My room was very small, but nice view thanks to the high floor (7th) and convenient design. Other room a bit larger but on a lower floor. The elevator is tiny, only 2 people with luggage could fit. Green tiles carpetting, not a fan.

Pity there was no breakfast only croissant and coffee, would have paid extra. Also no-one cleaned the room after first day. I asked others and same thing. OK for 2 night stay but any longer would be a bit much. Price deserved a clean and bed making.

We stayed here for the New Years and had 2 highlights during the stay: the restaurant is great - delicious food! must try & the hotel GM is a hospitality guru - he made our stay and the new year's celebration such an amazing experience!

We came by public transport, which is not ideal, but there is a bus 2x an hour from the trainstation, so if you time it well it is pretty doable. We needed an iron, and at the reception they told us they didnt have any - which I find strange for a hotel not to have a single iron for the guests to borrow, but well...

Nicely built room with balcony

HVAC was a bit difficult to handle. Would have been nice to have a breakfast option in the restaurant area - coffee & roll even if from vending machines

The room is extremely clean, beds are comfortable and the view from the balcony quite nice.

The receptionist is again (as last year) not nice, almost rude, the location of the hotel is very far away from the city centre and the buses run only until 8pm, so usually it's a long walk from the train station. No kettle in the room to make some tea.

I found all staff, responsive and helpful, the room has a desk which is small but worked. Breakfast was very good and the standard of the food was excellent, good dinner menu

Overall a big fat 10 out of 10! Super friendly personnel! The hotel is comfortable and designed beautifully! Breakfast is perfect also free coffee and fruits all day. The village is alright but the location between the mountains is perfect. Would absolutely recommend! Also the live music night was cozy and a great memory! I stayed here with my two daughters and we had a blast! We went to the lake nearby a lot. So absolute family proof!

The only thing I missed was a little fridge in the room!
