The room was comfortable, clean and bright with a beautiful view. The bathroom was modern and new and I loved the walk in shower. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. It felt like a family run hotel with a warm welcome every time we came back during our stay.

The breakfast could have been more interesting and appealing. The room keys were large and heavy to carry around if we were coming back late.

Great location and views. Had a small porch where you can relax.

Paper thin walls. One night the guests in the adjoining room came in at 02:00 while talking and laughing loudly, woke us up. Other nights the guest on the other side kept releasing &#&$@, could hear it all. Breakfast was simple, minimal quantities available.

Nice property a little out of town. The room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely terrace overlooking the gardens and pool. The staff were very friendly and the evening meal excellent. Breakfast was nice in a lovely setting.

There was no one on the front desk when we arrived and the place was dark so not the best initial impression.

The room was large with a balcony facing the mountains so we had a very panoramic view. It was so quiet and peaceful. The staff were extremely friendly and very hospitable. Breakfast was a bit basic but no complains as our stay was superb.

Hope the breakfast could have a bit of more choices. otherwise no complain at all.

The room had a great view, and we used the swimming pool which was wonderful. We ate dinner at the hotel, i highly recommend it, the food is great. Breakfast was also a full buffet with lots of different options available.

This hotel is where we would always want to stay when going back to Crans Montana....beyond the perfect comfort of our room in every way was the welcoming, patient, caring attitude of the staff that was unique and was an unexpected bonus to everything else. To put the 'icing on the cake', after staying in the lounge until 11 in the evening playing the piano, we had to leave at 6;30 before the breakfast was to be served at 7;00n in the morning. The staff was already downstairs and insisted that we come into the dining hall and filled our hands with fresh croissants, cheese , fruit and anything else we would consider taking on our way... this place is magical. It is complete....one of the most cherished experiences of our lives....Thank you for the kindness..

la Prairie was a ten for us...we had a double double room with a bathroom in between.....the children had a double bed as did we..It was a perfect space....there is only good to say about every aspect of this place...

Nothing to write here. Rooms are a little dated but cannot complain.

The hotel is really good, amazing and with a friendly staff. Seems to be a family environment which made us feel cozy, the restaurant is also good and very tasty. They’ve also provided ski passes with a good discount compared to the ski station and helped us for ski rental and shuffles to ski station when needed.

Beautiful hotel with comfortable room, amazing garden and clean swimmingpool. Very helpful and friendly staff. Restaurant serves high quality food and wine. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Everything was amazing ! All the staff was extremely nice, the room was big, super clean and the bed very comfortable. The free navette to the slopes was a big plus ! A really nice bar to have a drink après ski. Our stay was amazing and we will come back for sure !
