We had a room for the 4 of us, which turned out to be really quiet and sufficiently spacious to accommodate all of our luggage. The room was quite warm and we were able to ventilate quite a bit. Having a sink in the room was definitely a bonus. The beds were rather comfortable and the shared facilities were pretty clean in general. The breakfast was really good, with plenty of nice options to choose from. The hotel also provided a storage space for the skis and the luggage. Really friendly and helpful staff too :)

The location was good for accessing the ski lift, but the access to the hostel was a bit slippery at some points. Just as a word of caution. Besides that, nothing to remark.

Great breakfast, room was comfortable enough, the hostel is very centrally located. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dinner was good and good value for money. Lockers in the room are very useful. Electrical sockets by the bed very handy. Key card to access the room and lockers worked perfectly. Common areas were well-heated, maybe even too much so.

Not much of a vibe during the day. Men's toilet on the 2nd floor was a bit tight; opening and closing the door while you are inside is just barely possible. Doors are a bit noisy, so trying to go to the bathroom at night while not disturbing your roommates is a bit of a mission.

Interesting building history. Lovely views of the lake and the forest from the different terraces. Neat clean modern rooms, toilets and showers. Sink in room. Outlets and lights easy to reach. open armoires with a spot for luggage are handy. Breakfast was good. Dinner ok. Others staying were very friendly and interesting. Some were with their extended families; others with friends or solo. Staff very sweet and personable. Lift tickets well priced at reception. Buses are free. 1 minute stop to Télé cry. Angel’s does a nice job with tuneups. Migros is at the bus stop down the hill from the hostel. Final check out with credit card easy the night before.

If you are coming from the funiculaire and have luggage and skis, taking a taxi is suggested as there is a hike up to the hostel. Beds might be narrow if you are a chub. Store your skis at a rental locker at Télé cry. i have a cold bc one guest thought that a wide open window all night long was ok-far too cold; the room is aired out all day long anyway.

Very cozy rooms with a balcony overlooking the mountains, friendly and helpful staff, cool art deco feel and not far from the bus and ski lifts. Great and healthy breakfast.

For a hostel there should be some form of kitchen for use with a fridge and a small area for cooking. There was just a microwave and a kettle. There is a nice dinner every night with a fixed menu.

The location of the property is in good walking distance to a lot of places of interest in Crans-Montana. I had booked a bunk bed(6 in a room) because it was the only option available. But I was able to upgrade to a private room the next day from the property when a room became available. The room was clean and the view from my room which was on the second floor was amazing.

I really like this hostel. Great views. Comfortable. Clean. Great Staff. Great terrace overlooking the lake. I couldn't ask for more. Common areas are great too with a nice lounge and communal terrace and peaceful gardens. Highly recommend. Breakfast was healthy and really great.

Nothing to speak of. The really isn't. I liked it all.

The Crans Montana Youth Hostel was a great place to stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was all freshly prepared and really tasty both at breakfast and the evening meals. The views from the balconied rooms were just stunning. Very sunny aspect too. Good to see the hosteling experience working so well for so many people of all ages and nationalities. Free bus service every twenty minutes to the main gondola stations from the main road below the hostel. Ski lockers and secure luggage lockers also readily accessible.

Great to have breakfast included and to be able to book a 3 course done for just under 20 CHF.

Very noisy when a large school group arrived. But this was to be expected and the children were polite.

Beds were very comfortable despite being simple foam mattresses. Spectacular view from generous balcony.

Parking was a little tight. Must reserve in advance as space is limited (this is clearly stated on website)

Decent clean and causy rooms, great view and kind staff. Very good value for money.

- Parking: It was very unfortunate that while Booking.com mentioned that the Youth Hostel offered free parking, this was completely inaccurate. The hotel only offered paid parking (10 CHF per day) and upon reservation. Of course, when we arrived there was no spot left and we had to use other paid parkings for over 30 CHF per day.
