The staff at the hotel was fantastic! They accommodated all asks. They were booked for dinner but gave us a private room when we had a birthday party for 11. The hotel had private parking. It backed right up to the Aldi supermarket and the elevator and gondola to the mountain. Very family friendly there was also a bar and small club downstairs for adults.

Rooms were small. A refrigerator would’ve been nice convenient along with the coffee maker they provided. Luckily it was cold enough to keep our food out on the beautiful deck we had which was great to check out the town views.

Anna on reception went out of her way to welcomed us in and make our stay as comfortable as possible. All bar staff and waiting staff very friendly and meals in restaurant was top quality. We've never stayed here before but we were made to feel like old friends. Will definitely be returning next year and have recommended this hotel to many of our friends.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was in a great location. The restaurant and bar were vibrant . The rooms were spacious and had lots of storage and hooks for ski gear. Beds and pillows very comfortable.

Not much, Foyer was v small to accommodate lots of luggage.

Brilliant location in Montana, so close to everything. Great facilities and rooms as for a 3 star hotel. Welcoming and friendly staff.

A bit too hot in the rooms. It would be nice to sleep with windows open but, as mentioned by others, it is a bit noisy since it is right in the centre.

The location was great! It’s in the center of Montana and 10 minutes walking from the cable car station. There is a bus station that goes to the center. The buses in Crans-Montana are for free. The ski lifts are 3 minutes walking from the hotel. There are several sport shops close to the hotel to rent the ski equipment. It has a locker in the garage to store the ski equipment. There are a variety of restaurants to choose from. The hotel’s restaurant is fantastic and very traditional. I could recommend the selection of fondues. The breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly. The room was very cozy, and the bathroom was very clean and renovated.

Because there are several bars close to the hotel, there were some nights, which were a bit loud. We could hear the people and the music. I wished that the breakfast had lactose intolerant options, e.g., the milk and the yogurt.

The hotel was an amazing location and the breakfast is absolutely delicious with fresh eggs and toast, a swiss type overnight oats, jams, ham, cheese... pretty much enough to fill you up until dinner!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and cosy. The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the center of Crans-Montana, with easy access to the ski lift and all shops and restaurants.

Breakfast was good but lacking greens. Only the noise after midnight of partying make it discomfortable
