Facilities were great, amazing infrastructure. Jacuzzi could be a biiit warmer but overall sauna, pool and jacuzzi were amazing! Room has a lot of space which I really appreciated. Breakfast was also impeccable, I miss it already!

The mattress had a memory foam pillow top that I really really dislike, as it’s super bad for my back (I have a hernia and memory foam mattresses make it worse) but I understand it’s something a lot of guests appreciate. So it’s not a negative review, just a comment haha

I chose this hotel for the spa, and I was not disappointed. I enjoyed my massage and steam room. There's also a sauna and pool. The hotel is easily accessible from downtown and close to everything.

My room was on the first floor. It was a lovely room with a generous amount of space, balcony and nice views..but next time I would ask for a room on the second or third floors for an even more breathtaking view.

Breakfast is wonderful. The staff (three is only one) at the breakfast is very good, friendly, helpful and efficient. Food at breakfast is fresh, and there is a good variety to choose from

The check in staff is a bit cold. The balcony in the room is a bit tired, otherwise it offers a great place to rest with a fantastic mountain view

Location in the middle of Crans-Montana, lovely view from breakfast and spa area. Grass and beach baskets, nicely sized pool, quite late late checkout. We were coming for a Caprices Festival, so relaxing next day was super nice.

Quite spacious room with a nice terrace overlooking the Alps. Olivia is great and she was very helpful, providing information before and during the stay. The hotel has parking places (outdoors, and indoors) which was very handy. Staff very friendly and welcoming, and a good variety for breakfast! The hotel also has an accessible spa (didn't have time to see it unfortunately) Will definitely recommend Hotel Art de Vivre!

Great location and really nice hotel

It’s not amazing… but it is good. For the price I would probably expect more, but crans Montana is an expensive place!

The team is so kind and helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious, the facilities are wonderful

If I had to complain, I'd ask for the steam room to be open earlier.

The spa was especially great after our long hike to the Bisse de Tsittoret. Unfortunately one of the saunas wasn't available, but the Dampfbad and the hot sauna out in the garden, plus the jacuzzi with a view were much appreciated. We loved the cold dunking pool between sauna sessions!

Unfortunately due to staff restrictions there was only one chef in the kitchen, which meant long waits for dinner. The dinner was delicious nevertheless.

Location was fantastic close to the lake and a short pleasant walk to the town and golf course. The staff (front desk and service staff) were exceptional, polite, profesional and friendly. The restaurant food was exceptional and complimented with diligent and professional service staff...even if you dont stay at the hotel i recommend booking dinner in the restaurant.
