- Amazing location right next to one of the ski lifts! - We had some items resp. issues that were resolved by the staff and eventually we had a great stay!

- Some of the facilities are a bit outdated (wellness area) and sauna was not working during our entire stay unfortunately - Some rooms have a ridiculous setup esp. with the flat TV mounted to the wall in a way that you cannot see anything from the bed (you actually have a better view from the toilet…) - as a guest you dont feel taken serious when seeing something like this… - Our room was not cleaned during our entire stay (for some reason it was forgotten even though we put the “please clean” hanger onto the door knob…)

Location was great. Right next to Arnouva cable car, with Escalator access down to Montana centre for bars, restaurants and free buses to Crans, etc. and the funicular train down to Sierre/Siders for mainline train connections. Room and bathroom were not big, but adequate and spotlessly clean. We requested a room with a view and boy did we get that! Room 512 on the top floor with a large balcony with loungers. Nice to have tea/coffee making facility, but being English missing Breakfast blend tea and some milk! We were on half board and the food was plentiful, varied and tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful. Outdoor heated pool was very welcoming after a busy day in the mountains! Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

All good really, just a couple of minor things could be improved; The outside of the hotel facade was a little plain (lots of flat wood panels). Could be improved by some flower boxes hanging from some of the balconies to brighten things up! Also the hotel name board is missing from the canopy over the main entrance door.

great location next to the lifts. Refurbished modern rooms with ample space (family room), although not much space for clothes. Food at the dinner was very good, breakfast plentiful (although fresh fruits were not available). Kids enjoyed the games room and spend hours there. The pool with sauna and hammam was big and warm. Added bonus the ski and boots rooms. (boots kept warm in special hangers). Staff very accomodating, especially Matias at the dining.

There was a really bad odor in the third floor corridor, probably due to plumbing problems. And the corridor carpets seem outdated and not that clean, but apart from that the hotel was excellent.

I stayed for 5 nights pre Xmas. Very high standard throughout, looked as though full hotel has had recent, very thorough refurbishment. Room was very well equipped, good linens and exactly as pictured. Staff were excellent throughout with special mention to Floor 5 housekeeping and the Restaurant team. Location was excellent for access to the Montana/Arnouva Gondola, 2mins walk. Bus stops on street outside and Arnouva escalator make getting about easy.

Can’t think of even one suggestion for improvement. Not the Hotel’s issue, but it’s quite a walk uphill from the Funicular if you have luggage.

The room was well designed, very spacious, and fit three of us comfortably. The "mountain view" from the room was incredible and worth it. The proximity to the Montana lift (2 min walk) was a big bonus. Hotel staff were always very polite and made our stay very pleasant.

The spa area was slightly underwhelming, and the design seemed outdated while also not matching the design of the rest of the hotel. The "games room" seemed incomplete and unplanned. Hotel staff were unable to provide conditioner to our room as they do not have it. We were promised underground parking as hotel guests, however, were told that it is full and we could only park outside.

The view from the room with balcony was stunishing. The food was good even tho it would be better to have a little more diversity. The hotel has some parking spots for the cars. The room was clean. They have really good beer at the bar. You have coffee in the room which is refilled daily. At the end they sent us a mail to do the check-out online, the process was really smooth.

- there was no remote controller to switch off the AC in the room - you could hear the noise from the hallway when other people were entering or leaving the rooms - the toilet was not properly ventilated and there was no door at the shower - the outlets near the bed are strangely switched off when you switch off the main light

Still in the process of the renovation, but everyone is really nice and professional. The rooms are new, the location is perfect, and the view from the room is really something! And the price of course. :)

The only thing I would change is that breakfast is until 10 a.m. and check-out from the hotel until 11 a.m. At 9:50 they are already clearing the table, and the maid enters the room at 10:45... This is not bad, since those are the rules, but it would be ok if we felt a little more relaxed because we are on vacation after all. :)

The rooms are nice and modern. We loved the huge teracce at the room, however it could have more comfortable chairs, or a sunchair, it would be enough space, would not look so empty. The hotel is big, many families and bigger groups, so breakfast and dinner was a bit noisy, but it was still holiday time. Location is perfect very central in Montana, however it took time to figure out there is an escalator up to the street of the hotel - you could mention on the website, for travellers with public transport.

No day curtains (white,ones for day time) , which would be nice in case someone likes some privacy. (If guests want the view, they can still pull those to the side.)

The size of the room and the views were great.

The staff didn’t care about the service at all. We had 42km hike, got lost in the woods and when we came back to the hotel at 11pm the bar was closed, they could not offer any drinks or snacks for purchase although the bar supposed to be opened until midnight. The cleaning was poor too - no refilling of shower gel or coffee. The only best person who did care was the restaurant manager Lyon - he really approached us the next day to check if we were okay after bad experience, this is what you call a service.

- The staff. Everyone was incredibly nice to you and very attentive. They showed they listened to you and were always with a genuine smile. - The room. The room was perfect, and impeccably clean and the view was simply outstanding. - The bar. The beer was really good (they have their own brew) and there were some performances in the bar during our stay. - The location. It is right next to the ski lift and within walking distance of the center of Montana. - The value. Overall, it was a great hotel to stay in for the price.

- The spa. The feel of the spa is of a public pool instead of a relaxing/wellness area. First, the pool is open to the public, which makes the area quite crowded and noisy. Secondly, there is no real place to relax outside the pool or to place your towels (there was in fact a room/solarium next to the pool, but it was mostly empty since it was too cold). The robes and slippers the hotel provides are very comfortable and of great quality, but I found the spa area doesn't match the feel of the rest of the hotel.
