Everything about my stay at this hotel was wonderful! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The view from the room was spectacular! Mountain views galore! The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a real treat! So many healthy choices! Eggs available any style as well as various fruit and cereal choices! Fresh bread, juices and homemade yogurt! The view from the breakfast area was impressively beautiful! Mountains, forest and sunshine! The perfect combination! There were some wonderful hikes and a lake to swim in just up the road from the hotel as well!

I wasn't there nearly as long as I'd like! Another week or two would have been great!

The room was big enough for the three of us, clean, the bathroom was comfortable the pressure and temperature of the water were good. The breakfast was excellent (they baked high-quality bread, an prepared jar yogurt with real rasperry jelly, among many other things) and the staff were very nice.

We stayed for two nights, and those days were hot (36 to 38 °C). Since there is no air conditioning, it was a bit uncomfortable; however, this made us search for some additional activities, and we ended up swimming in a cold lake to refresh ourselves, which was terrific.

We went there on a bank holiday and there was nowhere for us to eat as they hotel was having an event and you had to pre book a table at the restaurant. But it was a seafood event and something we didn't feel our 15 months and 4 year old would have been interested in. Also the breakfast was a bit disappointing, it was a buffet and we had to ask for someone to lay us a space at a table and get more water as it had run out, the coffee was machine coffee and tasted awful. It felt it wasn't worth it for the money.

The experience was absolutely incredible. The view of the mountains is worth a million—truly breathtaking, and I’m not exaggerating. The staff went above and beyond, making us feel completely at home. Our room was spotless, cosy, and full of mountain charm. The restaurant was a standout—everything we had for dinner (lamb, beef, pork, shrimp cocktail, desserts) was fresh, high-quality, and clearly prepared with love and expertise. Breakfast was equally amazing—delicious and plenty of choice. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere are the key points. The room we had was a little small for 4 beds and dated - with a major problem being the old fashioned plug sockets - even with an adapter we couldn't charge our phones - but it was clean and had a great view. A little expensive for the dated appearance but it was clean and friendly and you can't ask for much more than that.

We loved everything about this hotel from the helpful, kind, and courteous staff to the breathtaking views from the balcony from our room and the dining room. Clemence, Charlotte, and Cordelia offered suggestions on what to do, etc. They were all very kind and helpful. They recommended some fabulous hiking trails too. We enjoyed the hearty breakfast and the variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, breads, and eggs! Our family of five found the dinner at the hotel restaurant just as delicious as the breakfast! We hope to return to this paradise and stay at this hotel!

Excellent and quiet location with a moutain ambience. The hotel is sourrounded by a forest, at 5 min walk to the cable car up to the glacier. A nice interior design and decoration of the lounge. The room is spacious, perfectly clean, with a good TV. We slept very well, the bed was very comportable. The balcony is large with an amazing view towards the mountains. The personnel is exceptionaly friendly and very helpful. We felt the genuine kindness of the people there. The restaurant has a nice architecture and it offers a fantastic panorama and a delicious food. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The evening meal was made of high quality products, nicely presented dishes, full of taste. Excellent service! We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed 3 dinners. Such an amazing time! We will certainly come back again to this exceptional hotel and restaurant.

The hotel has the best views to the valley. Breakfast is generous and yummy. Location is very very close to the start of the ski station so very convenient if that is your plan. Not close to the village center but not very much needed. The staff is extremely nice and always open for a chat or to give you a recommendation.

The room is a bit old but all the facilities were great and everything worked well. Not really a negative point!

An exceptional stay with a vibe that combines classic chique with modern standards as of the facility and staff. Fantastic breakfast, a welcoming, attentive and well-trained team. A breathtaking view and an evening kitchen with so much attention to detail. The wooden rooms and big balconies are a big plus. Shuttle service made the stay very convenient despite not being centraly located. We would stay again without checking other options (unless booked out).

Excellent location, with a picturesque view of the mountains. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Extremely friendly staff both at the reception and in the restaurant.
