We are unaccustomed to Swiss prices so it felt very expensive. Towels were on their last season,threadbare... side table was quite dusty. Check in & evening Staff were excellent. Love the room, the heating, breakfast was basic, poor bread choice. ( we stayed in 14 different places in 2weeks, I feel it's ok to have an opinion). Sister hotel in Grimentz was better for breakfast. ( Eggs was a rare treat) After walking in the mountains & staying in huts, this was one of the most comfy places. A perfect location in a quiet end of season town.

Window box person had forgotten to water the plants. No complaints, just observations here. We don't care much for anything. It was clean, just a bit of dust. I don't care about towels...

A nice place Families: Hospitality and Comfort Combined! Our family vacation was made truly special by our stay at this wonderful place. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed, making us feel right at home. But what truly set this place apart was the incredible hospitality of the hosts. They were incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and that our children had a fantastic time. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable family getaway. We can't wait to return!

This property was a bit small but comfortable.

Cute, cozy room. Excellent breakfast. Good location right on the main road and easy walking to/from hiking trails and also close to the amazing public spa! (And at which you get a discount for staying at Pointe Zinal).

We were early to the hotel, and we were able to use their lounge room until our room was ready. Our room was comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful.

I did not have a great experience at the restaurant, being a visitor to the country I did not know that the river pike I ordered had many small bones, making it difficult to eat safely (for me). Otherwise the meal was nice.

Wonderful hotel close to centre. Super helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Lovely bar. Spotlessly clean place. The 5 person room was actually 3 rooms with one bathroom and was a bargain, although a bit tricky when you all needed a shower! Will come again.

Restaurant menu was rather limited so we ate elsewhere.

The room was cute and very clean. We had a nice view from the balcony. It was very quiet, and in a central location. We had laundry done for a fee, which was very convenient, as we were on a hiking trip. We had dinner in the restaurant and loved the Alsatian team of chef, sous-chef, and waitress. Among other things, we ordered the veal tongue special, which was one of the best dishes we have eaten in a long time. Definitely a dining destination in Zinal.

Comfy room and wel maintained

Room was quite compact but functional. Check in time of 3.00pm was very strict but we arrived very wet at around 2.30 so had to wait in the back room / storage room which was ok. However it would have been nicer to be able to check in on arrival.

Very spacious and comfortable room. The restaurant was great and we enjoyed a great fondue there! Breakfast was also good but lacked gluten-free options. Parking is somewhat limited and we had to find alternatives on both nights (not an issue though, just a bit of a hassle to find a suitable spot as it is not allowed to park across from the hotel).

Zinal is a lovely town, and Pointe de Zinal a delightful hotel. We had a lovely comfy room, an enjoyable drink on the terrace followed by an excellent dinner in the restaurant. A great breakfast too - and hikers are very appreciative of a good breakfast!
