This hotel is very conveniently located to the ski lift, and we chose a room with a view of the Matterhorn, which was so lovely to wake up to each morning. The staff members were amazing, accommodating, helpful and friendly. Great food at a lower price than we found elsewhere. Also so convenient to have equipment rentals (skis, snowshoes) on the hotel grounds.

We arrived in the off season, early June. By far, most restaurants and shops in town were closed. This gave us few options for dining and shopping but this hotel had an excellent buffet for breakfast and dinner, so it all worked out great.

The room is super comfortable and the window view is just breathtaking 🤩🤩. The staff is very polite and super friendly. The food at the restaurant was quite good and the property also counts with a lounge/bar area, great for relaxing after a long walk in the mountains/ski day while enjoying a drink/ snack. The restaurant is open for breakfast and for dinner, which is very convenient if you are leaving early or too tired to go down to the town centre to dine. The location is perfect. A short walk downhill to the town centre and the ski lift is literally in front of the hotel, just going down the the stairs.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations! The staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet had something for everyone, and the view over the Matterhorn (aka Monte Cervino) takes your breath away every morning. The gondola station is right outside, making it easy to get up the mountain, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk into the centre of town for shopping and restaurants. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, quiet, and the bar is great! Free parking is an easy walk from the hotel, although the paid parking lot is pretty good value too (20 euros for 24 hours). Best of all, the hotel is dog friendly. An absolute gem of a place, we can't wait to come back.

In the room there was a light smell from the drain, so we opened the window and we were close to exhaustion from the kitchen 🤦🤦 Anything so bad , anyway

This is one of the best locations in Breul-Cervinia due to the very close distance to the main cable car. Literally you can see from your room window whether the cable car is working or if there is a big queue. Also a very nice view towards the town. From the hotel you can directly take one of the hike paths and go up which also adds to the great location.

When checking in, the staff did not ask me to pay the residence tax, but they did when I was checking out. My assumption is that the staff needs to be very adaptive to the situation, especially in these kind of locations where people most probably tend to have a schedule for ski, hikes, bike etc. - for example, if you are checking in in the afternoon/evening most probably the guests are not in a hurry to go skiing or a hike so this (payment of any additional costs) can be done then. Because if you are checking out early in the morning and have the whole day a hike program, you dont want to waste time for such additional tasks.

The property is extremely beautiful, you have a wonderful view from the front porch and from the room.

We were not that happy with the lack of diversity for the breakfast which honestly did not offer much and also the dinner menu is a bit scarce (we were there in the off season so maybe it is different in other times of the year) and so we ended up never eating dinner at the hotel but rather at other restaurants in town.

Location is great, next to the ski lift and with ski rental and ski school all in the hotel. The staffs are helpful. We stayed during the early ski season so there weren’t many places open in the town. So it was wonderful to be able to do everything within the hotel. Rogguro the manager at the restaurant was especially kind and was attentive to my son. It is indefinitely the best ski trip we’ve ever had.

Good Hotel, located close to the lift to Plateau Rosa. Kind and helpful staff. One of our rooms had some problems and we got upgraded to a bigger one. The hotel is very quiet being in the outskirts of the village. Fast Wi-Fi , good breakfast (there could be a wider choice of cheese, cold cuts and eggs )

Unfortunately no garage available and just a few spots in front of the building for loading and unloading. ( A large public parking is available very close but it is uncovered and ,of course, unguarded. There is a gym, but no sauna. Just a bit overpriced for the service provided

Really good value! We stayed for one night in mid-May and thought that the price was really really good because the room was nice with good lighting options and modern, updated decor with lots of places to hang things (like ski clothing). The bed was super comfortable. For the price, the food matched.

There was a little bit of a mildew smell in the room.

Staff were incredible, especially Ines, and super helpful and friendly. Rooms were a bit small but very nice. Proximity to the ski lift, just a 1 minute walk, was incredible.

Only 1 room was a bit stuffy as it was facing inward and I think there was a kitchen exhaust there which was making heat and hence flies. We had to keep the window closed which made the room too warm for April winter.
