best location ，you can ski in and ski out.

Restaurant staff discriminate against people of Asian descent.I stayed for four days and was asked for my room number every morning at breakfast，but not to other white peoples.

Perfect location right next to a red run just above the Cretaz chairlift. Free Shuttle service to go down to the centre and back in the evenings (or about a 10 minute walk otherwise). Very homely small hotel with cheerful friendly staff. Excellent ski storage room where you just walk out on a level to the ski slope. Plentiful buffet breakfast that starts at 7.30 and a small bar/restaurant where you can order evening meals, including a few tasty vegetarian options. We had lovely pizzas there. Free outdoor parking.

Nothing we didn't like.

This is such a great family owned hotel, located right on the slope. Staff is very kind and welcoming. Our room was on the top floor with Cervinia views. The only thing is that ceiling is a bit lower in parts of the room and my husband is 195 cm tall. We would ask for room on the ground or 1st floor next time. Federico who works at the bar, was always very kind and helpful. The girls at the breakfast bar as well, the guy at the reception also who welcomed us first night and also prepared wonderful sandwiches. Just everybody! Food and cocktails are great downstairs. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We highly recommend!

The hotel was incredibly homely with a lovely lounge and bar area, offering a good selection of food and drink, including an evening light dinner menu. Parking is limited, but there is public parking a short walk down hill, and staff are incredibly accomodating in getting you in and out. Although the room was on the smaller side, this is typical of most period ski accomodation choices across Europe. This was made up for by a balcony with great views, a great shower and clean bathroom, and very comfortable bed and flat screen TV. The heated ski room, and ski-in ski-out access was also great, and meant little fuss in getting in and out and most importantly dry when snowing. The short run to the main lift has two routes the first being a moderate red, and the second a slightly shallower hill with a cutback across un-pisted snow. Getting back to the hotel from mid mountain is slightly more challenging, but is doable for most skiers after day one. The evening shuttle is also great, and we rarely waited more than 10 minutes from calling.

Very hard to find any real complaints about this hotel. My only comment, would be a few more hooks in the room to allow sallapets and jackets to dry. And if the TV's were smart TV's to allow international guests to use streaming services and apps etc. But no real complaints!

Breakfast was very good and exceeded our expectations. It contained big enough variety of all needed ingredients to begin the day. Crew was extremely polite and arranged even the shower to us after the day on the slopes as we have already checked-out. Free parking, ski-in / ski-out possibility and locker with the dryer to gear is convenient.

Lack of proper air-conditioning in the small rooms made the air "dense" during the nights. Beds could have been better and the room decoration is a bit outdated.

We spent a wonderful 8 days at the Furggen Hotel. The hotel is located on a hill with the best view of the mountains and the Cervinia village you could imagine. Rooms very comfortable and spotless clean. The owners and staff are very friendly and always helpful. Great family atmosphere in the hotel lobby bar. Breakfast was always fresh and tasty. 10 min walking distance to the Main Street. The hotel offers a shuttle bus for it's guests to and from the hotel and that was the icing on the cake. We would give more than 5 stars if we could and also highly recommend Hotel Furggen. We are counting the days to go back there. Thank you Guys and Happy New Year.

An absolutely amazing hotel! The view is breathtaking, and the location is perfect, especially for ski-in/ski-out lovers. The breakfast was simply fantastic, and the meals at the bistro exceeded all expectations. The owners and staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, making us feel right at home. Additionally, the transfer service was very convenient and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful stay—we will definitely be coming back!

The staff is absolutely adorable, they make you feel like at home! The hotel itself is very comfortable, wonderful breakfast and right on the slopes!

The room temperature can’t be regulated inside the room so they keep on turning on and off which made us feel cold at times. And the balcony lets cold air from outside pass through so we slept in a hoodie. Double curtain or better windows would be a great solution.

This place has such a lovely vibe. All staff members we came across were friendly and always willing to help with a smile. They went above and beyond, and exceeded our expectations at every turn. Rooms are basic, yes, but they are very clean and everything works. Beds are firm and very comfortable. The cleaning crew was efficient and professional. Breakfast was very good with loads of options and a stunning view. The bar was a great place for snacks and drinks, and the service was always exceptionally good and friendly. I don't know how this family manages to do it, but this place felt like home. The views of the town are incredible, as is the shuttle service that runs seamlessly every day between 16-23. Parking can be a tight squeeze but we managed to get a space for our car and didn't have to worry about driving at all during our stay. I highly recommend this place.

There could be a second coffee machine at breakfast 😉 (the only thing I could think of)

The location of the hotel is so convenient! Very cosy, super clean hotel located directly on the slopes. The view from the restaurant is astonishing! Special thanks to everyone who works there! There's a way to beat the queue and purchase ski passes from the reception. The ski lockers are in a warm place with facilities to clean, adjust, and dry the skiing gear. Will definitely return.
