The refuge is in a spectacular location at 2000 meters. A perfect place to relax in close contact with nature. Spacious ground-floor room with stunning views. Excellent value for money.

Parking in front of the cable car is a bit inconvenient since it’s to be paid, and during the week of Ferragosto there are few spaces available – but this has little to do with the property itself. Overall, there’s not much to complain about.

Fantastic stay all round at this family-run hotel; excellent location halfway up the mountain at Crest, ski-in/ski-out, warm, welcoming and helpful staff and great food (plenty of options, and plenty of food (local cuisine)!). The rooms looked like they had been recently refurbished, everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We woke up to a view of the sun rising over the mountains and the ski slopes from our bedroom window each morning - unbeatable.

It would have been helpful to have received the gondola passes a day or so prior to arrival; but this wasn’t a problem and easily fixed by calling the hotel when we arrived at the cable car station in Champoluc.

The hotel is in the most perfect spot for skiing, it couldn’t be any better. Ski in ski out, next to the gondola lifts, amazing views of the mountains. There is ski equipment storage, breakfast with beautiful views, comfortable clean rooms with a balcony. Perfect.

You have to be aware of the gondola timetable but this isn’t a problem, the family were very helpful with gondola passes and information. Tea/ coffee facilities in the room would have been a bonus but there is a fridge which is great.

A busy place with a friendly staff and a great location if you plan to ski. Clean and bright rooms with spectacular views. Exactly as advertised. No extra staff to help with bags, so figure it out. Not at all the best food on the mountain or in town, but fine. A cosy dinningroom.

Location and simple decor.

This was our second stay here and everything was great. Comfortable rooms, helpful staff, excellent food. The location is amazing right on the slopes by the ski lift. Truly ski in ski out.

We were half-board and found the food a bit repetitive. We would have liked more variety and more salad/vegetables.

Fantastic location with an incredible view of the valley and the mountains from the room and the restaurant room. Delicious and abundant food and super friendly staff. I stayed here as a little child many many years ago and I am absolutely in love with the place, even better than I remmebered it. Location is absolutely perfect for skiing, which is a huge plue. We will surely be back. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Location excellent for Skiing, possible to ski directly to the hotel and also from the hotel. Hotel rooms very good, food very good, good Breakfast and staff particularly friendly. Would stay there again if back in the area.

The Hotel is accessible by a gondola which we were initially unsure about but having stayed there it is a good choice.

Hotel situated on the slopes. good breakfast and evening food. good wine selection and really nice staff who try to accommodate our requests.
