Some of the happiest, most helpful staff I've ever seen and I've spent nearly a decade working working in ski hotels! On arrival, I found it very tricky to park our rental car and the Manager just came up to me and said give me the key my park it for you for the week at our other hotel and that was the last I saw of it! Amazing team from the cleaning staff to the reception.

It's a very nice hotel. When we came we were given a really small room but that was changed the next day for a big one on the top floor (you have to carry the suitcases one flight up). The food was very good and the staff really nice and friendly but I think we paid quite a lot for what we got. The view was lovely from the top floor and the gym, though reallly small and across the street, had what I needed.

The layout of the room - though very large, had one side of the bed up against the wall and no tables to put something near the bed so although you have plugs there's no place to put your phone or even a glass of water... The other rooms were not like that ( I don't think..).

Great location with a short walk to lifts and great restaurants and bars. Rooms were modern and cosy but a little cramped. Staff were fantastic both in the restaurant and at the front desk - especially Emanuela The little gym is good and the ski room has boot heaters. The restaurant is lovely with a beautiful view down the valley and river. Breakfast was good.

Dinner in the restaurant was good but a little bit expensive.

Wow! What a super hotel. Modern with a traditional theme, good sized comfortable bedroom with lots of storage ( especially needed for ski clothing) staff were super friendly and helpful.Really good breakfast. Ski hire shop next to the hotel and boot room just across the street. Just a couple of easy minutes walk to the lift and skiing back to less than 50m to the hotel.

We liked everything! The only slight thing was it was difficult to control the temperature in the room.

Great breakfast with freshly baked waffles, eggs, porridge, fresh bread, meat, cheese, and granola. Very friendly and professional staff. The ski room is outside the hotel across the street. Ski lifts are very close, probably around 100-200 meters away. On the way back it's possible to ski almost till the ski room. Cozy and clean room with comfy bed, 3 different size pillows, and fluffy white bedding. The room is equipped with a desk, mini bar, wardrobe, hooks for jackets, mirrors, and tray for wet shoes. Luggage can easily fit under the bed so the room is well organized. The hotel is located on the main street so everything is close.

It was difficult to control the temperature in the room. In the evening the temperature was rising but we used to open the window and so it was perfect to sleep. Would be amazing to have a small coffee machine and teapot in the room. But overall the hotel exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

The location, cleanliness and helpfulness of staff was excellent. The food was really good quality (although perhaps not to everyone's taste).

It would have been helpful to understand that the set menu was not the only option. On our last night a family close to us in the restaurant ordered pizzas and we hadn't realised or been told that was even an option. But this wad not a detraction from our stay and we would definitely stay again.

We loved everything about Hotel Marmore. The room was perfect for our family ski holiday. The food was exceptional and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, helpful and welcoming to our young family. We will definitely be going back!

The hotel was wonderful. We had half-board, so breakfast and a 4 course meal each evening. The staff in the hotel were so attentive and would remember our drinks order from the previous evening. My wife unfortunately was injured on the first day and the staff could not have been any more helpful or accommodating.

The room was a little small for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, but not unworkable.

This hotel is in the heart of Cervinia. All turistic trails are close. The picture with Cervino close to the hotel is real (the hotel has really very nice view!). The hotel Is very comfortable,nice,modern and all the staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfasts and dinners are very delicious and every day, there was a huge choice. The waffles which you can order every morning don't have a competition! They promise very good start for a walking.

We loved it. Great location. The kindest and most attentive staff, especially Mohamed and the kind man that made waffles in the morning. But all the young gentlemen working in the dining room at meals were super sweet and attentive. The room itself was on the smaller side but that’s to be expected for a ski in ski out resort. Great area to keep your skis etc
