Incredible location right across the street from the slopes. The owners are very welcoming and helpful with all information. The room and common areas were extremely clean. There is a little grocery store right underneath hotel as well as several restaurants and bars walking distance. Gorgeous view. Highly reccomend. The breakfast is included and is delicious. It is family owned and I loved how the little kids were often in the lobby while the parents worked. I absolutely loved it.

The hotel is well maintained, clean and functional. The breakfast is excellent - great choice and good quality. The cleaners and breakfast lady were very friendly. There is a good boot room with ski rental just next door. Beneath the hotel there is an excellent restaurant and bar. Most rooms have views of the mountains which are stunning. The area is well connected to villages down the valley with a shuttle bus. We will return.

The Wi-Fi logged out the minute you stopped using it. Logging on was a pain! The hotel lacks a homely feel. The owners are pleasant but do not have the social skills to make you feel welcome or even vaguely interested in your holiday. Some small touches could make a big difference. This is not a cheap hotel - you are predominantly paying for the location.

Everything was fantastic especially extremely friendly staff.They were available for any information we needed. We went hiking on Monte Rosa and they stored our belongings in the meantime.Aswell they take a care of the car. The location excellent,the breakfast superb!! Thank you so much!!!

The breakfast at the hotel was great, especially the home made cakes and the steam and sauna great after skiing. The staff at the hotel were very helpful.

Everything about the hotel was great except the beds for me were very hard and not comfortable.

SPA is very basic, and you need to book in advance. Dry sauna only turned on when we arrived, so it was still unheated. Not a ski in/out

Loved the friendly staff, great location, comfortable beds and pillows, and the overall cleanliness of our room and the hotel. Also the breakfast was varied and had enough of everything we wanted.

Room could have been a bit bigger, since we had a lot of luggage due to the mountaineering trip we were on.
