Location is absolutely fantastic for both the summer and winter season. The staff was/is great, from George at breakfast and the lovely people at the reception desk to the awesome young man who cleaned our rooms daily. Hotel is consistently good in terms of service and product offering. Excellent price point, good value for the money Daily cleaning is prompt.

It would be great if breakfast could include French toast and eggs benefict. Also, while cleaning was consistent and timely, there was a detail that catches ones attention around the flush button...the exposed/elevated part needs to be cleaned when pressed.

The location was the best, close to hiking paths on Monte Cervino and breathtaking view on the Matterhorn. The hike to Lago Blu is a must. The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was yummy with many sweet and savoury options, also gluten free. Our room was big enough with a great view. The hotel has a nice relax area with pool, sauna and gym.

It was a bit visible that the room was not in it's best condition and would need a bit of refreshment. There was some kind of water damage on the floor maybe from the open shower. The window rubber in our bathroom was loose hence the closing of the window was not smooth. There were some dirt marks on the walls.

The breakfast was good, many varieties and a barista making cappucinos. The location is really good. Close to the lift and great ski room at the hotel. Clean room. It was easy parking your car at the hotel. Nice staff.

The biggest negative was the uncomfortable double bed. It felt like a madras was missing, if you threw yourself on the bed(for any reason) you would hurt yourself. The receptionist solution to this was putting extra blankets on the bed under the sheets. The room was smaller than expected. The storage and wardrobe was really small with all the ski gear we traveled with. There was no air vent in the room or the bathroom. The doors didnt isolate noise, if people would talk in the corridor it feels like they are in your room.

Very convenient close to ski lifts, amazing they had deposit for skiss and rental shop for ski. Staff were very nice. Breakfast had great variable choices of food.

The cleaner forgot to change our bathing coat couple of times which was annoying because we had to go an grab it from reception. Also the ski shop for rental was not open the hours stated which was a bit annoying and the prices of ski weren't very well stated or visible which should be more clear for better customer service. And also the reception did not have this information prior to our arrival even though the facility is in the hotel and we weren't able to inform ourselves properly beforehand. Rooms very hot and hard to adjust the heaters. The space in sauna was also not great as there was leaking showers and the floor was constantly flooded, so according to me they should fix that.

Fantastic staff. Elisa (I hope I spelled that right) even called me to tell me my room was ready. It's really close to the Cretaz ski lift, so it's superbly located. Cracking breakfast

Spa was only open mid to late afternoon, resulting in it being super busy. Dressing gowns allowed at the bar... Please cut that out! Nowhere near enough drawers for 3 people in our triple room. Again, could not sort out ski passes at reception. No ski maps. Small things that could make a difference.

The staff were all excellent. Particularly Ben- he really looked after us with cappuccinos in the morning, cocktails in the evening and advice and friendly chats throughout our stay. Breakfast was brilliant- huge variety of options from fresh fruit salad to cooked eggs and bacon to a vast array of pastries and cereals, yogurts etc- and best of all an in house Barista at no charge who made the best coffees we found anywhere! Spa area was nice- although does get crowded if hotel is full. Rooms (we had renovated ones) were relatively basic but clean and nicely done up. Beds were comfy. The ski locker room was really well done- individual lockers accessed with your room key card, with direct access to outside. Less than 5mins walk (in ski boots) to the big chair lift.

Sauna wasn't big enough when the hotel was full and everyone went in after the days skiing. This was only an issue Saturday night- the rest of the nights we were there and used it it was absolutely fine. Bathrooms felt a bit dated and had poor ventilation- though functionally everything worked ok and shower was decent. Didnt feel quite as polished as most other 4 star hotels (old lifts, dated staircase etc)- but the bits that mattered were all excellent so this didnt bother me too much.

The hotel has an excellent location just a block and a half from the Cretaz and Campetto lift: it's not a ski in ski out, but you can go out fully equipped and you'll be on the mountain in ~5 minutes! It is possible to rent all ski equipment at the Rossignol store inside the hotel at a fair price, as well as relax in a dry or steam sauna and then in an enclosed and heated swimming pool after an intense day of activities. To top it off, the breakfast has a good selection of yogurts, breads, salami and eggs and the staff is friendly!

The bathroom stall is very small and uncomfortable to take a shower: we stayed there for 7 days and this was definitely a bit uncomfortable. The mattress is made of non-pocket springs and deforms easily (very soft) and this had a slight impact on the comfort of our night's sleep.

best location. got parking, staffs are friendly + helpful. Breakfast is good. they have a barista who makes you fresh coffee in the morning. balcony on room with view of Matterhorn was breathtaking.

the relaxation area was a bit crowded and could have been maintained on a bit more regular schedule. few times went in and water jug was out of water. no hot water kettle in room was a bit surprising.

The location was great with mountain views and walking distance to the cable cars, restaurants and grocery stores. The staff was very friendly. The pool and relaxation area was very soothing. The breakfast had a lot of options.

The elevators were very small. In our room, the sinks were stained with lipstick and the sheets also had some stains. We think these are old stains, but it didn’t leave the best impression.

Do something about the sewage smell in the lobby and spa area...very unpleasant, although everywhere in the hotel smells very good except for the specified areas. The breakfast maybe needs to be diversified and not the same every day. It is the only 4 star hotel in Europe that charges 5 euros for two fried eggs...embarrassing, but at least you can ask for something like that for a fee...
