This hotel is a gem. It's a little like stepping back in time, but I think that's what we loved the most about it. The staff are friendly and helpful, and speak great English. Their chef is incredible - the restaurant had some of the best food we had in Italy. On site parking and breakfast are good value and super convenient too. Our room was clean, warm, very spacious, well maintained and quiet. The beds were firm (Euro style!) but comfortable. There's also a games room (with table tennis, a pool table, foosball and games for younger kids) and a ski locker room with ski in/ski out (in a good snow season) access to the slopes. The hotel is also right next to the main lift (as in, a 1-2 minute walk) which was perfect for our needs.

We liked everything! We had a wonderful time and everything was fantastic. A washing machine / dryer you could use on the premises might be handy if you were staying longer than a few days.

The size of the rooms is outstanding, good location. Warm rooms and plenty of hot water.

The continental breakfast seemed expensive, when compared to the cooked breakfast available from a competitor. Two days running items from the buffet ran out, espresso coffee not available one day. The quantity of dinner provided was too small and seemed expensive

The Hotel was perfect, all the staff were so friendly and helpful and made it feel more like staying with family. The breakfast had everything you would want and the evening set meal was traditional local style set menu but so good! 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Thank you to Simona and all your staff!

Lovely spacious rooms in a beautiful traditional building. Warm welcoming owners who are skates helpful. Plentiful continental breakfast. Well positioned for both lifts out of the valley.

Amazing old hotel with lots of character and charm. Friendly and helpful management team. Close to ski lifts. Rooms are large with plenty of space for families.

Every part of our stay was faultless. We tried the spa area this time which we didn’t realise was there the 1st time! Really great place to relax after being up in the mountains! Hope to stay again and see Simona plus the rest of the team.

Internet (Wi-Fi) in the room did not operate well. Would be nice to have tea/coffee in the room.

Not a big selection of food during breakfast, only really basic things. For 30€ dinner there was a lot food to eat.

The location is magnificent, the staff are super nice. rooms are big and clean. Breakfast was nice and had a big variety

The beds are hard, I like a bit softer and also the pillows weren't comfy.
