Great location - ski in ski out. Shuttle to the village was very convenient. Food was very nice

I would rate the hotel and our stay five stars, the reason I am giving just four is the spa. The spa itself is very nice, but I booked this hotel specifically for the spa they have. We stayed 5 nights, however we were able to use the spa only for 2 days, as for the rest of our stay, it was booked between 17-19 for a big group staying at the hotel. This time slot is the time you want to go because you ski until 16.30 and the spa closes at 20.00. Moreover the entrance is 20 euros per 2 hours, when we asked if we could go between 19-20 for 10 euros it was a NO. The spa is not managed by the hotel, the hotel manager tried to arrange access for us but was not successful, the guy at the spa reception was not flexible at all and was rude and arrogant.

Great hotel in a fantastic position. Everything is very easy...you can buy ski passes from the reception desk (we bought them daily due to unpredictable weather conditions meaning some lifts were closed), ski hire in the basement is excellent, heated lockers also in the basement and direct access onto the 3ibis red run outside the hotel. The shuttle bus service into town is excellent - really reliable. It's also walkable to town (20 mins). Breakfast was good. The bar area is lovely - stunning views - fairly priced drinks and a complimentary bar snack buffet at 6.30pm was a welcome treat. The rooms were a good size and immaculately clean.

Being charged 3 euros for a mandatory swim cap on top of already expensive swimming pool fee was a bit annoying. Makes a pool session for a family very expensive.

Very clean and staff are lovely. Staff really helped with things like lift passes and rooms were cleaned immaculately every day. Rooms small but well laid out.

Very far up mountain so needed to get the hotel bus or have a long walk up mountain. Also wasn’t clear that spa was extra and 20 euros for 2 hours. Also shower screen was semi transparent so for two friends sharing same room was a bit embarrassing to shower. Rooms very very hot.

Hotiday is actually a tours operator, the hotel itself is White Angel. We did not realize it until we got there. Thus, the review is actually for White Angel hotel. The room is pleasent with a balcony. Ski in/out access to piste 3bis which is a steeper, wider red slope (not suitable for first-timers but totally fine for more advanced surfers). The breakfast is varied, especially for the usual European breakfast. The hotel offers a shuttle to the town in a set list of times which is convenient, as the hotel itself isn't really a walking-distance from the town. They allowed us a late check-out at 14:00 (parking included) for additional 50eur which is reasonable.

Parking price is on the more expensive side at 20eur/night. The hotel room featured a see-through shower which is inconvenient for friends and families.

Amazing location! You can park your car and forget about it for days. The ski-in/ski-out access is incredibly convenient. Great quality hotel with excellent services. Highly recommended!

Breakfast options could be better, like offering different types of eggs. It’s also disappointing that the spa requires an extra payment, especially since it’s a simple facility. Including it in the price would be more reasonable.

Loved the location, ski in ski out was awesome. The fact that you could sort skis and passes at the hotel was invaluable. Loved the variety at breakfast. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

I was a bit surprised that you had to pay to use the pool. I understand that it was a 'spa' facility but would have presumed that the cost of the booking would cover this. Was annoying to pay extra.
