The property was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. It was located within easy walking distance with luggage from the station. Totally recommend a room with a view to the mountains, breathtaking.

There is a gap in the information between Booking.com and the hotel. We had booked and confirmed a twin room. When we arrived we were told the hotel had not received that information on their booking system and only a double room was available. We were told we should have put that request in the notes to the hotel although our confirmation stated a twin room. Thankfully the hotel staff fixed this but the system needs to be fixed.

We were given a room with a beautiful view up the valley towards the mountains. Tasch is a quiet town and it was a pleasure to come back to the peace of Tasch after the crowded streets of Zermatt. The hotel is a short walk from the train station, trains from Tasch to Zermatt are frequent and the journey is short. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English.

It didn't bother us but some people would find the bathroom arrangement a little odd - the corner bath/shower and wash basin were in an alcove to the room with no door. (There was a door to the toilet).

Good hotel location, as you can walk to train station in 5 minutes. It's a good option if you have a car because you park for free for your stay and then use the train into and from Zermatt. Room size was good. Breakfast.was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful about Zermatt and skiing.

A larger wall mounted TV would be good and save desk space. Also, an English news channel would be nice for North American guests. Pillows were rather flat, or extra backup pillows in room would help.

Front desk staff was very friendly. The breakfast staff was also very friendly. Enjoyed having conversations in my native language.

I made reservation 4 months ago and requested two separate beds. Erroneously, we did not get the requested room, we got a room with 1 bed. It was given to a another guest, traveling by himself. The staff at front desk was apologetic and very helpful in getting us the requested extra bed with a small refund for the parking.

Staff was absolutely lovely and very helpful, rooms were cosy, clean and even had a fridge

I could hear the people above my room walking around. But that's not the hotels fault. Probably just an old building. Also not so nice was to hear people using the microwave on the floor. But luckily they stopped using it around a normal bed time. But still would request a different room for the next stay

The view from the room was awesome. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Location was convenient to the train station.

The 8am active helipad literally outside our balcony I could have done without lol. I suppose some might like the giant tub/shower in the bedroom. I would have preferred a more standard shower / tub in a separate bathing room.

Good accommodation if you want to quickly get to Zermatt by train, because it is located right next to the train station. It is a clean hotel, equipped with everything necessary. I chose it because it is a pet friendly hotel (we paid 8 chf/day for our 2 kg dog) and because it has a private parking lot (for which we paid 10 chf/day). Last but not least, the lady at the reception is a friendly and very kind person.

Location within 5min walk from Tasch Matterhorn terminal. Perfect location, great staff and very clean comfy room. They even lent me a kettle when I asked for hot water for tea. Great opportunity to stay in Tasch as a fairer price that Zermatt and use the train into Zermatt every day and hike Hiking was possible from the town, but I did all my hiking from Zermatt town and Gornegrat to other stations

Excellent location, friendly staff, very clean accommodation.

Parking of 10€ per day is excessive and should be included in the room rate (they have a big piece of grassland to park on). Breakfast was ok, but could be a bit more varied (only boiled eggs available, no scrambled eggs for instance). Restaurant only offers breakfast in the summer period.
