The hotel seems brand new, parking spots can be reserved before arrival. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are big, family room consists of a single room with its own bathroom and a double room with its own bathroom as well. Beds are super comfortable and everything is new and functional. Rooms are towards the main street, but not too much traffic during the night. Breakfast was great as well as dinner. Short walk to the train station to go to Zermatt. They have a partner hotel in Zermatt and the guests are allowed to use the SPA facilities there as well.

Parking with 12 CHF is rather expensive. Hotel price is rather expensive but more affordable than Zermatt.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this brand new hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed with complimentary drinks, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. I received a free rooms upgrades, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and immaculately clean. There is underground parking garage. Nice bar next to the reception. Very close to train station.

Good location near Tasch station . Very comfortable room with large balcony . Fabulous shower with excellent body wash & moisturiser. Very comfortable bed . Great restaurant for dinner & good breakfast .

Our room was very hot despite turning the heating off . We opened the balcony & room door fo get some fresh air & we stayed on a cool summer night .

Really lovely hotel. Very clean and well finished. The room was very large and so was the bathroom. We also had a balcony but there wasn't much to look at as we were facing the road. But it was nice anyway. Lots of storage in the wardrobe. We drove and parked in the car park for a couple of days and it wasn't too expensive considering Swiss prices.

Everything was great. Good location near train station. Staff at both front reception and restaurant were attentive and provided good information about Zermatt. The room and amenities are good. The double glass door and windows keep the room quiet even near to train station. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Zermatt/ Taesch.

Very nice hotel, brand new. We are a family of 4 and unfortunately there were no rooms available for the whole family, so we had to separate in two rooms. The staff was polite and helpful, they gave us detailed advices to get to Zermatt and for the activities. The view of the room is not very nice as it faces the train station, but was not so important for us.

The hotel is very conveniently located with less than 5 min walking distance from the station. There is a regular train service throughout the day from Tasch station to reach Zermatt and return back. The room was spacious and tidy. I was also given a complimentary drinks token to be used at their Da Vinci restaurant. Overall the experience was very good.
