The hotel is modern, with great facilities, including a very well equipped gym and a nice SPA. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well decorated (we stayed in 2.501 suite with mountain view). The mattress was of top quality. There are three restaurants in the hotel, we went to two of them (the Caesar Ritz and Del Ponte) and always enjoyed the meals, which were both tasty and creative. Notwithstanding, what we enjoyed the most was the service throughout. It was just exceptional. Ladies at the reception, waiters in the restaurants, hotel car drivers and room cleaning ladies, all made our stay memorable, and we are immensely thankful to them for such a great job. It is not so common. We would full heartedly recommend this hotel and hope to visit it again soon.

The staff were friendly, accomodating and really helped make it such a special experience. I proposed to my girlfriend whilst we were staying and they really made extra effort to make it memorable including roses and decoration of the room, advice on champagne etc. They have mutliple restaurants on site and the mountain view is stunning!

We have stayed in this hotel two more times. Some things are consistently very good - service, hospitality. Some others are getting worse. Facilities are aging amd should get a refresh, and the food (breakfast and restaurants) was average.

When I rang to book a table for dinner I asked for a bath but only got a shower as I was told none were available , however our friends actually got a bath.

Hotel great: could do with a kettle in the room, only complaint. Staff were brilliant, especially the bar staff

Kettle in room!! You also had to pay for tea at the afternoon tea. The cakes were included and were delicious

Definitely up there as one of my favourite hotels. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly all the way from our receptionist to the bartenders to waiters to piano player. Super charming buildings and interior. Spa comprehensive and delightfully relaxing. Food top notch.

Restaurant not at same level of the hotel

The size and furnishings of the room. The Italian Restaurant had excellent food and friendly service. Breakfast buffet was great with nice choice of items.

The music in the Italian Restaurant should be changed to Italian music. We did not eat in the main restaurant as we don't like menus which read - Parsley, Cream, Carotte, Fish (just as an example) We much preferred the straight forward a la carte menu in years before. Water in Pool from Spa area could be a bit warmer...

VIP Treatment for every guest is the standard at this luxury hotel. The entire staff is committed to a personalized desire to make your stay memorable, from the room cleaners coming in early evening to check that all is good in the room and leaving a Swiss chocolate late nite treat, to the reception staff, who give the impression that the are talking with you in their home livingroom rather than a hotel lobby, to the walk round the entire hotel and spa when you first arrive, to Abilio Ribeiro, the shuttle driver, with his interesting conversation and literal " door to door" service as he placed our luggage into our rental car. Thank you all for a magical experience in a magical place.
