THis is a super hotel - very friendly , spotlessly clean, beautiful rooms . The position is super , lovely views - and it is only a 5 minute esay walk from the car park , so you dont really need to call their taxi service . The dog was very welcome , also in the restaurant. the hotel has a beautiful calm garden, which seems rare in the village and is a real bonus . we took half board and the food was imaginative and VERY copious . It's in a quiet part of the village , but a few minutes from DorfPlatz - and 4 mins from Hannig cable car . Also i was in touch several times with questions before going and they always responded very quickly and in friendly way . Great service . I recommend 100%

The room was excellent, the view stunning, close to the parking. The staff was absolutely great, they really want to make you feel welcome, they receive you warmly. Furthermore, they care and want the client is happy. The restaurant and the menu is very nice and of excellent quality. The best hotel in Saas Fee we’ve been so far. We will return for sure.

The hotel was really lovely, the staff were amazing, one slightly abrupt gentleman but everyone else were fantastic.

It was all really lovely, the lobby and ground floor lounge were a little dated compared to the rest of the hotel but I’m assuming it’s been refurbished step by step with that area last. It was however spotlessly clean and very well presented.

The hotel is clean and the staff professional family run hotel. Great service and amenities restaurant has excellent food and a lovely outside garden to relax in after a day of trekking in the alps

No coffee and tea in the room and no room service

- Room was excellent, with a lot of space and a very comfortable room (we received an upgrade to a penthouse) - Breakfast was excellent, everything is fresh and a lot of different choices and a very friendly staff - Very nice view of the mountains around us - Helpful and friendly staff (they can give you more information about what to do in the area and also help to carry your luggage from your car) - You can feel the family culture in the hotel, which is very nice, friendly, and motivating - The wifi connection is excellent - Room was cleaned very well every day - Really good price for the quality you receive (room, facilities, services)

Overall, the hotel is excellent and has a really good price for the quality you receive. However, from the perspective of continuous improvement two recommendations: - For myself it was ok, but my girlfriend preferred a softer mattress and also air conditioning. However, this is of course personally, I like the temperature in the mountains (not too hot, but I agree at some points of the days it was a bit hot in the room, so air conditioning would not be a luxury). Maybe a choice of two different mattresses (one hard and one soft) so each can choose what kind of mattress each one prefers

The check in service could be better with information we asked about - Murmeliweg. We were shown only direction where to go - "right when exiting hotel" - that's it. And we could have been informed a bit better.

Very nice hotel, well located with easy access to everything. Large, comfortable, well decorate rooms. Ski storage by ski lift a definite plus.

Room a little dated. Would be nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room. Entrance and lobby area, very dated. Like from the 80's!

Fantastic hotel, very comfortable, rooms design and furniture modern simple and on perfect style and taste. Balcony with view to mountains exceptional. Receptionists very helpful and friendly. Older owners not so happy, it seemed. Great breakfast, perfect simple buffet amd very helpful and kind lady, keeping things ship shape and making sure everyone is happy, beautiful smile.
