Great location in the middle of Saas Fee and the hotel provides the Saastal card which enables free bus and ski lift travel (summer) throughout the valley. This is a superb benefit if at the end of the day you just want to pop up the mountain for a coffee :-) and to make walking downhill much easier after a long hike. Breakfast was tasty and varied. Breakfast starts from 7:30 which is a good time to get on the mountain early. Spa is very Swiss - but clean and comfortable. The Panomramic sauna is a fun experience. Rooms comfortable, large and nice balconies. NB the milk for the tea and coffee making is in the fridge.

Almost none of the English language programmes on the TV would tune in. Looks like a decoder was missing. The hotel is somewhat lacking in flexibility if you have a particular need - but I suspect this is a staffing issue as is faced across the industry. It's expensive - but it's Switzerland - for Switzerland it was pretty good value.

The location is clean and located in the center of Saas Fee. Waiters were very nice.

The mattresses in the whole hotel are very soft, so don’t expect to get a hard one. I slept 3 nights on the bed sofa which was more comfortable than our bed :-( Wellness was very fine but a whole day out of 3 the Jacuzzi was not working properly and the swimming pool was not accessible. Some receptionists did not understand German very well 😩

Stayed with my 3 kids for skiing for 4 days. Non fussy and family friendly. Complimentary afternoon tea was what we really enjoyed after skiing and were we got to relax at the fire and enjoy a game of chess cards and the use of their baby grand piano, next time we will be taking our practice sheets. Staff were just lovely. We will be back. Great value over all

There really was nothing we could have complained of every thing was really perfect for a parent travelling with kids.

Great Location, Great breakfast, and Lunch and Dinner .... Your kitchen supplied really well structured meals, a littl on the High price side, but delicious. SPA zone in Hotel was great, however, our guests were perplexed at the Nude element of the environment.

Nothing to report..... other than the early closing of the restraunt, but at the same time, I understand this due to weather and client volumes eating. We just had to adapt to the timings

The rooms are well equipped, comfortable and the view from the balcony is great. Breakfast choice is very broad and did not miss anything that is needed for any type of traveler. The buffet was constantly renewed with fresh products. Staff was kind and helpful. The access to the pool and jacuzzi was a great additional feature.

The booking through booking.com was made for my family specifying the number and age of children. The room had no extra bed for children right away, it seemed that you had to do the request separately, which I think is not convenient. Additionally the pictures on the site and booking.com show two different rooms for the same "labeling" Deluxe Double Room South, one showing a table and the other showing a couch, which we thought was a sofa bed, like 99% of the rooms we booked when mentioning children. We did not ask the extra bed to not bother with this topic during our holidays. However, this did not affect our positive experience at any point, but just wanted to point this out in case of traveling with children.

All around delightful stay. Fabulous, helpful staff gave us lots of input for exploring the area. We enjoyed the private terrace with a view of the mountains. The spa was clean and well organized. Breakfast was excellent.

The pool was quite cold. Otherwise everything was great.

Amazing hotel, service, location and breakfast. We loved everything and they take care of small details like a complimentary coffee break with cake after skiing every afternoon. Breakfast is also delicious and the spa facilities are great. The transport to the slopes on the electric car every day is great and the guy is super friendly

The Schweizerhof is well located, close to the center of Saas-Fee. Very friendly staff. The hotel has a well organised shuttle system. They come at the parking and bring you also to the gondolas every half an hour or if there is lots of people, more often. The wellness area is nice but some additional decoration would have given a little more glamour to this place. They have a restaurant in the hotel but they only serve a menu at night for CHF 72.- per person. The meals were a little special during our stay and dedicated to people who want to experience special flavours so we didn't eat there but in other restaurants in town that are really close to the hotel. Breakfast was good during the 3 mornings we spent at the hotel. We had a north east room but on the 3rd floor and the room was great with views on the mountains and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay at the Schweizerhof.

Most of the staff were absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was, quite simply, divine :)

It was a shame we were told not possible to take the food we could not finish at dinner but paid in advance for it. It was the dessert - we we simply full and wanted to have it in take away but it was not possible.

I’ve been here several times … and every time I’ve enjoyed a remarkable experience: Great Value for Money, perfect location with lovely staff, incl great shuttle service from-to parking and ski-lifts (Leo is the man that serves you with a smile and gives weather and slope advise). WIFI is great for a (video) bizz call in-between, Food is excellent, Rooms are very nice and wellness is superb!
