Wonderful family run hotel in a nice corner of Seas Fee, right next to a cosy little river and with a stunning view of the glacier. We got room 25 with a lovely balcony. The tea room in the basement is really generous. One can help themselves to warm beverages, store food in a shared fridge etc. The SPA is small, but very cute and has a very nice whirlpool.

The men at the reception were a little stiff, never up for a chat, but still very correct of course. I am sure you would have a lot more returning customers if they were a little more cordial.

Excellent location to access directly to the lifts, and also in the main street of Saas Fee, near to bars, restaurants and apres-ski places. Good breakfast and nice SPA. They also offer complementary hot drinks that you can serve yourself (wine and beer are not free but not expensive), and you can borrow board games and books

Great location near most of gondolas. South facing rooms lovely view of mountains. Fabulous wellness centre. Guest tea coffee area with microwave and fridge very handy.

Not a dislike but to call the transfer vehicle, you can use the phone outside the tourist office.

This hotel is perfect! The location is priceless. We have small children who were taking ski lessons and it really is at the back door! The ski and boot rooms were so well organized and convenient and the lounge was just what was needed after a long day out. We loved it and will be back!

The breakfast was phenomenal. The location was perfect: the end of town (away from the crowds) and right next to the river (for the best white noise in all of Switzerland). They upgraded us to a balcony room which was awesome.

This hotel is a gem. Prime location in the heart of the village, super friendly staff who are willing to help guide you to the next hike, and we loved the steam/sauna/hot tub area.

Location is great, right a lifts & easy walk to restaurants/ shops. Family room was great for a family of 4. Enjoyed Lounge area and Wellness centre at end of days hiking. Reception was responsive and helpful.

Ski in/out - great location. Delicious buffet breakfasts (homemade Bircher muesli, fruit, fresh croissants, eggs, bacon. Something for everyone). Free hot drinks in a great lounge area with tables and seating and an “honesty” bar. Plus a fridge for guests to use. A huge heated boot room. We loved the spa after skiing!

No restaurant on site so you have to eat out every night.

it is a nice, clean place, nicely decorated rooms. for the price it would be great to get a bottle of water in the room, coffee or a fruit and also some body lotion.

Perfect location, literally ski-in/out! Great facilities: 24hr lounge bar (with free coffee/tea and cousant/biscuits, or payable wines and snacks), ski storage, spa/sauna/jaccuzi! Comfy bed. Proper breakfast.

The pillows were too soft to sleep well…. I don’t think the towels were changed during housekeeping.
