Very pleasant hostel, obviously popular with families as has activities and facilities geared for that. Staff were very helpful with information and requests. Food provided was very good and a cheaper option than eating out elsewhere. Perfect location in the town, just down from the bus station and a short walk to nearby cable-cars, the cost of which is included with accommodation. Lockers in room good for storage.

Location is central, availability of spa ( at charge 13chf), good breakfast. Very good sauna. Quite clean.

-Textile free spa area 🤦 thanks you can keep towel, but it’s not possible in jacuzzi. It’s mixed ( ok) but why I have to be naked in front of other people ? I want to be with clothes same as those who wants to be without. I’m ok with naked people next to me if they want to, but I also want to be comfortable ( in swimsuit). People should stop this “unhealthy” approach to “naked” spa, presenting it’s as “famous German feature”. It’s unnatural, non-hygienic and leading to lot of non-comfort. Sorry, but someone had to tell it loud and stop pretending that’s is so « natural ». Please stop this policy. - design of room is very poor ( green bathroom 🤦😁). -not good price quality ratio, but its Switzerland 🤷🏼‍♀️ In any other country such room should not cost you more than 50$

Great idea to combine a hostel with a luxurious spa. We made extensive use of the facilities and even came back for more spa time after our stay! The place was very quiet at night. We got access to early breakfast ahead of our hike upon request, very nice of the staff.

Upon arrival, there was still trash in the bin from the previous guests. Since it was food leftovers, we weren't too happy about that. The rest of the room seemed clean. We wished that there was shampoo and shower gel in the spa area - it's OK if it's not available in the room (it's a hostel after all), but we were surprised not to find anything after the spa visit.

The whole concept is great - hostel sleeping facilities, but very clean everywhere, breakfast was good, sport facilities (Swimming, Gym and Spa are great!), on top of this the location is absolutely incredible - easy to reach from the Bus Station and very close to the gondola station!

If check-in and check-out times were with 1h longer, meaning that check-in from 14:00 and check-out until 11:00 I think it would be better and more convenient for all guests. If there were facilities for cleaning bicycles outside the ski/bike room, would be great!

1 minute walking from the bus station (hotel is not where is showing in the booking map, much closer to the bus station, literally 1 minute walking) Super nice swimming pool. Very good dinner and breakfast. Very nice staff. Locker available to leave stuff during the day, even after the check out.

Maybe Breakfast could start a bit earlier, normal time is 07.30

Superb property esp for families with young children. Great location next to bus station and stops. Village down the hill. Over the top professional and empathetic staff. Superb communication before, during and after 2 week stay. Thank you Manager Chantal and your staff for all your help.

Splendid location very close to the parking and gondolas, very comfortable and humble room, spa area is amazing and the staff very friendly. Did not try the evening dinner but heard it’s decent too!

Perfect for family stay. Comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, great location next to bus station, good value restaurant when compared to other options locally and access to swimming pool. Perfect base for us as we explored the many hiking trials in the Saas Fee area.

One of the best hostels I've stayed at. It's right next to the bus terminal. The facilities are new. The breakfast with local products is great. The view from the room towards Saas-Fee and the mountain is a dream. The indoor pool was included in the price and it was a great pleasure to go for a swim. It's not very cheap for a bed in hostel but having in mind that breakfast and pool are included in the price plus that it's situated in a famous ski resort, I think that the price is fair. I'll definitely consider this hostel again should I plan a trip to Saas-Fee.
