Hotel Christiana was a nice place to stay in central Saas-Fee. The owner was helpful and knowledgeable about the area (i.e., for hiking, skiing (though we visited in the summer), buses, and more). The adjoining Thai/Chinese restaurant was very good. Breakfast was very nice too (i.e., espresso machine, croissants, yogurt, cereal, dumplings, etc.). The room was nice with a large bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and informative, and were so helpful when I had to extend a night due to travel plan changes. The single room is spacious with full sized bathtub in the private bathroom. The spa/sauna area is modern and I had the several facilities all to myself for both times I went. The hotel offered pick-up and drop-off services from/to the bus-stop, which was very helpful for me given my luggage and the snow. Breakfast was also amazing, partly because of their close relationship with the Chinese/Thai restaurant downstairs. I had a wonderful time there and would definitely recommend this place.

The hotel is in a great central location. The room was good - clean & comfortable, with the balcony affording a nice view of the mountains. The breakfast was also good. The hotel staff are wonderful and incredibly helpful as we had issues both on getting to Saas Fee and also on the return. And in both cases they stayed to collect and welcome us. And fantastic in helping after a nearby landslide and the travel disruption that caused. We’re looking forward to our return

Breakfast was everything we needed. Hotel is very central - close to restaurants, ski-lifts etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant is excellent! Lovely family hotel and we will definitely book again when returning to Saas-Fee!

Great hotel in a central location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good modern facilities.

We were a late check in and the sign on the desk directed us to a phone number that went to voicemail. It was explained later there was a sign by the entrance door directing us to inquire at the bar next door that had our room keys. It was not a big issue to ask around and find out the arrangements, but if the sign on the desk had clearly stated ask next door in the bar it would have saved a few minutes of confusion.

A lovely family feel with kind and helpful staff. The restaurant was a special highlight with fantastic Thai food.

The rooms located at one end above the late night bar were affected by loud music until 1am which was frustrating.

Lovely hotel. The basement level was a wellness centre - sauna, steam room, etc which opened at 4pm each day and we had it to ourselves most days! Nice and quiet location.

My sister and I had a great stay at Hotel Christiana for the yodelling festival in Saas Fee. Great view! Staff were so friendly and helpful 🥰 I loved my early morning birding hike! The location was great! Will definitely stay there when I return for the festival 😊

well located, very friendly staff, breakfast good enough,lovely views from the rooms and receptionist Stefanie is very helpful with everything that she can help and always with a smile.

no problem at all:) maybe heating is a bit high in the rooms, I turned it off and still felt warm so I had to sleep with an open window but to be fair I forgot to tell reception or anyone about it, so I’m sure they would have solved it quick because the attention and service was great:)

Nice hotel in a perfect location. The room was very cosy and warm, well equipped with a nice view from the balcony. Breakfast was tasty. Staff was very helpful and very friendly. I'll be back to this hotel and magical Saas-Fe :-)
