Hotel was at far end of town, near gondolas, but not overcrowded. Breakfast buffet had a decent selection (especially breads) and coffee was good.

Beyond the control of hotel owners, a loud group of around 10 children (2 sets of parents) populated the hotel for most of my stay and they were LOUD.

The hotel has a good warm atmosphere and I felt myself home. The house has a beautiful furniture and design, with excellent quality and condition. The single bed was huge and very comfortabel. In the bathroom there was not only a shower, but also a bathtube - how nice. In the room it was silent. The breakfast room is comfortable and the breakfast buffet was very good. I had to leave very early and the hotel chef kindly made possible that I got a good breakfast bag with me and could drink a cup of coffee in the morning. In a building beside the hotel there are joga lessons and other activities, where you can go even once - unfortunately I did not have time to do this. I would like to come again to this hotel, it was a nice surprise!

We come to Saas-Free quite frequently to ski and this is in our humble opinion the best value in town. Location is great and close to the lifts, rooms have all you need for a weekend and the balconies with views towards the ski area ensure there's no dull moment. Are there better places in Saas-Fee? Sure - but value for price at Bristol is very hard to beat.

Breakfast could be a bit earlier for the skiers. Also beware that the apres-ski bars are really close and can be loud. Comes with the territory and honestly doesn't really bother us as the music doesn't go on all night. Just a hint to people who truly despise that kind of noise.

Best location in Saas fee. Hotel Bristol runs like clockwork. Family run for decades and it shows. Our room overlooked the mountains and slopes. Right in the heart of town but very quiet. Ski to slopes in 1 min. Staff were lovely

We would have liked more cooked options for breakfast. Only eggs available with cheese meats cereals.

Very kind staff, amazing view (from the double rooms), Saastal card is of course included so you get free cablecars/buses, comfy beds, very clean

Breakfast starts at 8:00 which is kinda late for some cablecars, but staff is very kind and will arrage you breakfast-to-go you just pick up in the morning, water pressure in the shower could’ve been better but it’s no big deal

I really enjoyed the details of the accommodation 😝 the staffs are really nice and gave me a lot of useful suggestions. The hotel room was cozy, quiet, especially the beddings are very comfortable, I slept very well. I will come back again in the ski season!!

Breakfast was plentiful. if unspectacular. Location is superb - on the slopes and just off the main street. Upgraded from a single to a double room with balcony, which was very welcome.

Nothing much but it was a bit disappointing the restaurant and bar were closed.

Breakfast has few choices but it is good. If I get saas-fee again, I will definitely come back. Location is good as well.

One in our company was ill upon arrival and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating with extra tea, fluids and vitamins to take up to our room. It is a well run family hotel right at the start of the lifts, so perfect for skiing trips Also the half-board dinner was very nice and tasteful.

Great hotel, personel is very helpful. Rooms are nice, comfortable. Hotel is close to the pistes and Alpin expres and Spilboden. Breakfast is great, very large selection of food. Fantastic dinner experience in the hotel restaurant.
