The female receptionist was not very helpful. When we arrived, we told her we were looking for a place to watch the international rugby match. She said she didn't know anywhere we could watch it. Later (after much searching, phoning and walking) we did find a place to watch it, and we told her afterwards where we'd gone. She said, "Yes, that's our sister hotel." Why didn't she know or share that they showed international sports in their very nice bar on a very big screen only 5 minutes walk from our place? Also, we then discovered there is a large tv right there in the lounge of our hotel... However, the room tvs had no working UK channels, so maybe the lounge tv was the same.

The staff were all really welcoming. We needed a family room and this was perfect as the child room had a door. We had a great view and sat out on the balcony many times. Breakfast was great and Alena even took the trouble to get some goats cheese and yoghurts for my husband, who is lactose intolerant. Location was really good for one of the gondola stations- we could quickly get up to feed the marmots in Spielboden.

We like to have a cup of tea in the afternoon - a kettle or some hot water facility would have been great. We walked 15 minutes to the car park as they had lemon tea and coffee from the drinks vending machine. Bottled water or drinking water in general would have been appreciated. The radiator made very loud water rushing noises very early (5.30) on our last morning.

Elena, the receptionist, was very very charismatic and helpful and just made me and my uncle feel so welcome. Its the first time I have had a rapport like that with the hotel's reception and it was all down to her. MVP at the Larix she is - give her a payrise! Other things that are great about this hotel are its location (its the nearest to the bottom of the the slopes (ski in/Ski out), its the nearest to the ski lift that serves the most and best parts of the mountain, Plattjenbahn) and its vibe (it has a bar and seating area outside where it seems the whole of Saas-Fee end up after skiing, but they close at 7pm so you can be assured you'll have a nice nights sleep and be fully rested for skiing the next moring).

Nothing, it was a perfect stay.

We had the most incredible waitress named Anna from Spain. She was always kind and supportive i.e. by heating up our "Cholera", some special local food, in the oven for our hike. Muchísimas gracias por tu ayuda

The Saas - Fee Pass offers free acces to all cable cars in the Saas region. But the hint wasn't obvious enough on the print out. So, we missed it.

Location is excellent, almost on the slopes. Clean room and kind staff.

Considering the price of the stay it would be great to have: - a richer breakfast in terms of choices. - a tidy and well prepared breakfast buffet also towards the end of the breakfast time slot.

Directly on slopes for skiing and return. Taxi service provided by hotel on arrival at bus terminal and on departure.

Bar inside hotel closed by late afternoon so couldn’t use after skiing.

The location could not be better, 50 meters from ski lift & ski back to skiroom door. The staff were very welcoming and efficient. Prompt shuttle transfer to parking garage.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, from the pick up at the parking with the hotel shuttle and throughout our stay. An amazing surprise was a great band perfoming live on the hotel's bar terrasse for the après-ski ! The hotel location could not be better, a true ski-in ski-out experience.

Great location. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is pretty good. The apres ski bar is great.

The receiptionist wasn't very helpful.
