❌ The main building is a bit outdated and simple ❌ Finding the apartment in the new building can be tricky, especially in the dark and snowy conditions ❌ Some of the hotel rules and signs are quite amusing—like strict sleeping arrangements (apparently, sleeping on the floor is a known issue here!) Would I come back? Yes, with a bit of a smile on my face. Just maybe without extra "roommates" on the floor. 😄

Great service, big rooms, amazing shower, good restaurant, lots to do in the premises. We absolutely loved the spa. We stayed a couple of nights waiting for the road to a ski resort to reopen, so it was not planned. It looks like an amazing family hotel, specially for summer with the tennis courts and all the hiking trails nearby. This hotel was a pleasant surprise.

Spacious room, looked brand new and very clean

It was located in a warehouse across the road from the sports centre, on an industrial estate. Inside the room was very nice but outside it was not so inviting and a bit remote. The breakfast was ok on the first day but on the second day there was a large group in and several items were not available, including spoons and bread! We did ask about them but were told there were none.

We stayed in the new building, just a few steps away from the main building. The room was beautiful, the beds super comfy. The feeling was more of a youth hostel, but our family room for 4 was spacious and very clean.

The breakfast was a little bald - not many things to choose from. Since the hotel is in a somewhat industrial area, there aren't many places (other than McDonald's) to go eat, so a better breakfast buffet to start the day would be nice.

Very clean, roomy and modern room! Unique facility setup, next to a partner game center with bowling and other fun activities. Easy access to bus stop for train station conveniently located between Zermatt and Interlaken.

Limited activity in Brig, but no complaints; we chose the location to be centered between our day-trip destinations.

The room is very new and spacious. Breakfast is great. Free parking in front of the hotel is convenient.

We were assigned to stay in the new building, which is good because the room is very new but in the morning we needed to walk to the main building for breakfast , which is not very pleasant in the cold of winter.

The room was much better than we expected - it was clean, modern, well-equipped and spacious. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Hotel. The staff were approachable and friendly. Any questions we had were answered immediately. We would be more than happy to stay again when we're next in the area.

Nothing to dislike at all.

The room was large, well lit, brand new and super clean. we were really pleasantly surprised about how nice it was indoors.

Thé breakfast area is in another building which is older and less nice. We arrived relatively late for breakfast so the food selection was limited and there were no cups etc.

Very spacious, very clean. Hard mattress wich was perfect for my back. Plenty of parking space. Staff very helpful, didn't knew where the button for opening the window shutter was, after rang them they show up in a sec to my door way. Internet acceptable, could be better.

We spent a night there in a five-bed room. The room was not crowded with beds, there was enough space for everybody. Facilities were great. We had dinner in the hotel's restaurant and it was fine. The staff was very friendly with us.

We shared a balcony with other rooms and unfortunately, they were smokers, so we couldn't keep our windows open for fresh air because they were constantly outside smoking. Was a bit disturbing but it's not the hotel's fault.
