Excellent location close to the train station and central shopping area plus restaurants. Rooms were ok

No electric kettle in rooms - did have one in the common room behind reception with controlled opening hours. The hotel locks all doors overnight, good for security but we wanted to leave at 5am, all doors were locked and couldn’t figure out how to exit the hotel. The person attending the emergency hotel phone was sleepy while talking and couldnt speak any English. It was very frustrating but eventually left when kitchen staff arrived for duty.

Location was great, near the train station and in town. Staff was kind and helpful, spoke english, and upgraded our room for free unprompted! we got a spacious room with a kitchen and balcony with a gorgeous view. Breakfast was open 7-10 and everything was fresh and yummy! Very clean and comfortable, great experience overall!

The pillows were a bit lacking, but no big deal and we could have asked for more but chose not to. We were also unable to reach the reception desk to drop off our key because the doors were locked, but it was our fault because we needed to check out at about 5am, before the hotel's opening hours.

Breakfast good and a gluten free option would be good, room comfortable and in room tea/coffee facilities would be good, and English TV channels good, sauna would be good facility to offer, offering water/beer etc on floor was good, very nice overall, free parking good but should be explained on a sign at reception or in room, as I paid for parking b4 realised it was free.

Maybe a sauna facility, offering gluten free and low sugar and fat cereals, yogurts and breads would be good, in room or floor level tea/coffee machines/ kettles, the in room safe did not work properly,

Good Night Inn was a great little stay for our night in Brig. It was an easy walk (about 5-10 mins) from the train station. We arrived around 8 pm - check-in was easy and the staff were friendly. The hotel itself was clean and cosy. Our room was a decent size, bathroom on the small side but not a problem if just staying for a few nights. Included breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and drink. Easy check out.

No wall-mounted shower - the only holder for the shower hose was down at tap level - so there is no way to have a "hands-free" shower.

Room and bathroom were both clean and nicely maintained. Room had a pleasant view looking out over a tree lined river promenade with the overlooking mountains which surround Brig dominating the background. Breakfast is good considering the price point of the hotel. Interestingly, the hotel also features a large and impressive model railway display which is themed around the railways in the local area. It is worth asking about this at the reception desk.

Breakfast was super satisfying, compared to the price we have paid, it has exceeded our expectations. It was a short stay, beds were comfortable. The staff upon check-in was very nice!

We could also smell lots of dust in the air so had to leave the window open. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken so the soap was leaking all on the sink, it was pretty hard to notice because of the design of the sink though 😅

had a truly wonderful stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. What made our experience especially memorable was the warm hospitality — the friendly front desk staff made us feel welcome and gave us great peace of mind during our stay. We felt well taken care of from the moment we arrived. We would definitely love to come back again. Thank you for everything!

The hotel is clean and in the evening its so quiet,the beds are comfortable and clean.The breakfast is good.☺️

The cleaning lady opened our door twice, she knocked on the 2nd time in the morning,but what i don't understand is, why would they open it at 8am when the check out is still at 11am? its kind of unfair for a guest who paid for the room.

A very nice hotel. Everything was new looking and clean. Breakfast was plentiful. The wifi was great. The room was very large and the bed comfortable.

The shower was over the bath with no curtain and the bath was high off the ground and so difficult to get in and out of with knee problems. A proper shower would have made this hotel 10 out of 10.

We had a natural disaster being trapped in Zermatt and the staff at good night took our cases locked securely in room they also left clear instructions and our key in lock box so we could get to our room very late/early hours for some sleep after the cleared road/train disaster. Great breakfast and wonderful service from staff
