The hotel is run by very kind people, who are always willing to answer questions or recommend places to visit. Breakfast was lovely, and I had a fantastic view of the mountains from the balcony of my room. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel with twice-hourly connections to Brig or to Visp/Saas-Fee. I didn't use the offer myself, but if you like swimming or having a spa day, you can get a discount for the Brigerbad thermal baths via the hotel.

The walls of the building are a bit thin. Luckily, Brigerbad is a very quiet place, so it doesn't get noisy. If you rely on public transport, like me, keep in mind that Swiss buses can be quite expensive. (Though that's no fault of the hotel, of course!)

This hotel is a little gem. The staff is very kind, friendly and welcoming. They let us check in earlier than check in time and parking was free. The room was spacious enough, we had a nice little patio outside with table and chairs and a washing line. Inside the room there was a sink and the toilet, all spotless clean + a cute little table and chairs when we had our breakfast. Pillows and douvets have a feathers'infill, which makes them extremely comfy. The shared shower room is very clean and well organised.

Walls between rooms are quite thin, so you can hear people next door. I would recommend to increase the number of lights outside the side entrance, to make it easy to walk in overnight.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise, offering excellent value for money. The staff were attentive, dedicated, and very friendly. The hotel itself was clean and the rooms were comfortable and clean as well. The breakfast was delicious, generous and of excellent quality.

I booked a room without a shower. The convenience of an in-room shower was definitely missed. I'll be sure to book a room with a shower for my next stay.

The room had everything you need. I liked the balcony. I could get things air dried and sleeping with the balcony door open in fresh air is very comfortable. Good bathroom and shower. The garage is absolutely perfect the more so when traveling by motorcycle. Breakfast was good and filling. The host is an adorable, nice, helpful. A great people's person, it is imposible not to love her.

The location was great, especially if you are with a car there is large free parking. The room had a private toilet but shared shower. I was on the ground floor and had a little space in the garden to sit. The room was small but functional

The location within a short walk to the spa. The hotel is RIGHT on the via Rhona so perfect for cycling ? Including a secure garage for bikes! The hosts and breakfast were fantastic!

Great location if you want to go to Zermatt for example. It is in a quiet area as well. Super friendly staff, English is spoken so no communication issues :)

Thin walls unfortunately, it can be noisy at times. But it did not bother us at all.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The bike parking helped keep our bikes safe. The breakfast was perfect for a fresh start. The location is tranquil. The walk to the restaurant is easy.

The location is not near a train stop. Although a bus comes by often, it does start after 8 so ensure your travel works with it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious and the shared bathroom was clean and close to the room. The outside play kitchen was highly entertaining for my young daughter. At breakfast lovely local cheese and bread was served and there were plenty of options to choose from. The hotel is situated in a peaceful area, but close to the main road.

Great little place. Super clean, comfy witha nice staff. Excellent breakfast and a safe place to store my touring bicycle for the night. Really good value for the price. Highly recommended.
