Very convenient and quiet location with lots of space.

It seems ludicrous to provide the apartment address and then to have a notice with directions to walk to another hotel to check in. Surely the logical thing would be to ask guests to walk from the station, past Denner to the Alpen Hotel to sign in and collect keys. We spent double the time, double the distance (+walking with all of our luggage). I am glad the weather wasn’t terrible. This points to a lack of customer care which is really regrettable.

The heated bathroom floors were my favorite part.. kitchen was ideal as everything in Switzerland is extremely expensive.. the grocery store which was super close to the apartment was clutch and grocery pricing was same as America pricing. Getting off the train and finding the place at night was extremely frustrating and none of the town recognized the place La Pearle apartments but did recognize the sister resort which is where u check in. The “Dude” restaurant located in the sister resort was the only restaurant we ate at in Zermatt and it was crap food with really bad music which skipped every minute. But the server was nice. The “Dude” not recommended to eat… the town is super cute and overall Zermatt is my favorite town in Switzerland..

They should have extra pillows and blankets in the closet .. the TV’s should all have Netflix and the couch in the room looks like it’s from 1971. Old.

Great facilities, easy check in

50 CHF cleaning fee per person per night is absurd.

Great location, clean, quiet at night. We were able to store bags until we could check in.

Construction noise, even though we paid a separate cleaning fee there was a posting in the kitchenette warning of extra charges if the kitchenette was not clean. Either the cleaning fee covers cleaning or it doesn’t! Check in was a pain as you must go to another hotel.

Liked the location of the property and the way it is maintained. It is clean and spacious. The balcony had a nice view. Walkable to the station and view points.

Nothing as such.

The apartment was very roomy with separate good sizes bedroom, separate lounge and a kitchen filled with multiple plates, glasses and utensils. The bathroom was also roomy with good quality soaps, lotion etc. The bed was comfortable. It was great to have somewhere to sit instead of just on the bed. It's the most comfortable apartment we have been in on our trip so far and it’s a shame we were only there for one night. Great location in Zermatt, about 500 metres from the station and not too hilly to get there.

We needed to go to a different location to check in. We lugged our suitcases to La Perle to read a message on the door to go to the other place. It wasn't too far away but was a little confusing and we didn't have prior warning.

Location. Close to grocery, free ebus, and rail station and morning coffee if you don't make your own. Easy walk to the center of action including Gornergrat rail. Economy, very great space and beautiful appointments. More room than expected. Nice balcony ( not a significant view)

European beds were of excellent quality but no optional size pillows (huge ones supplied). Duvet, again high quality but too heavy for season...of course everyone varies in comfort levels and temperatures. If you like heavy duvets and big pillows, you will be exceptionally comfortable. Perhaps you could inquire, otherwise.

Location. Balcony. The fold out beds. Decorating was adorable. Kitchen was good. We enjoyed all the amenities. We discovered how to access English on the TV and we connected to Netflix using my mobile phone. That was definitely nice. The staff at the parking lot and hotel made sure we were taken care of. Refrigerator wouldn’t get cold. There wasn’t laundry available. It would have been helpful if we had instructions on how to access language on the TV and where the laundry facilities.

Great location. Lots of space but still felt cozy. Good kitchen.

The part that held the shower head up was broken making the water come out at an awkward angle.

La Perle is a nice studio but with most of the services from an hotel ; we felt like we were alsmost in a hotel room. The access to the spa (even with a small fee) makes all the diference ! It is well situated close to the station, the city center and Sunnegga.

Appliances are too simple, there is no oven. Only 1 pot. Beds/matresses and pillows were ok but not that great. It was very clean but because furniture ans carpet are old it felt less clean.
