- The reception is for 1star hotel. Really, really needs an upgrade. - Breakfast needs to be changed at least every two days. For us, staying 6 nights it got really boring. Our son had one boiled egg for last two morning 🙂 - No one at the reception at 7am. We had an issue the night before with the taxi pick up location. Apperently, taxi drives (not locals) need special permission to enter Zermatt. We found out at midnight that he is unable to pick us up at the agreed location. My husband was at 6:30am till 7:15 at the reception looking for help to book a local taxi. No one could help, so we took the train to Tash. - If the cleaning of your will take place don’t expect the dish to be washed. it requires special approval 🙂

This place offers an indoor pool which was great. The water was very nice ,not cold at all . The area was super clean. The hotel offers bathrobes bath slippers towels . The jacuzzi jets were very helpful for a relaxing time after a long day of hiking. The hotel is super close to Zermatt Train station, about 6-7 min walk. Very close to central Zermatt - access to restaurants, shops. There is a supermarket about 1 min walk from the hotel and a daycare!! Plus the hotel offers rooms with a kitchenette. The city bus stops very close to hotel (near Denner supermarket) which takes you to the point of cable cars for the Matterhorn glacier paradise. Overall 10/10 for the location, price, cleanliness. Loved our stay !!

They could have had iron and washer services free of charge. But guess it’s the norm in Zermatt.

We loved the buffet breakfast lots of options. The room had a nice view and the bedroom was spacious. Having two bathrooms was useful for a family of 4. The decor was modern and nice. The main bed was comfortable. The kichenette was useful. The swimming pool sauna area was great never seen a hydrotherapy pool before and was great.

The location was a bit far from the main resturants and cafe but close to two supermarkets and the train. The sofa bed needs updating, as its not as comfortable as it could be. I wish there was more English tv channels especially with movies. It gets boring at night.

We had the room on the top floor. The room, the facilities, the view, everything was exceptional. Also the build quality of the room to the last detail was great. The pool was great also, just the right size and great ambient at the pool. Great for kids to have fun and for adults to relax. At breakfast you had a big selection of food. Everything was good. Close to the hotel you have a supermarket, the train to Gornergrat is close as well, the bus stop is also very close. Friendly and helpful staff. If we would come again to Zermatt, we would definitely pick this place again.

Location is very handy, but you are not so close to the city center.

The staff were all friendly from check in to check out and they made you feel welcome. Room was spacious with a beautiful view of Matterhorn. We took the apartment for 4 pax. It has 2 bathroom with toilet and even a bathtub thrown in! Pool with massage feature was top notch. This hotel provides massage services, too bad i didnt get to try it as i found out too late. Breakfast spread includes instant noodles! It has washing machine and dryer FOC which was really fantastic. All you need was to provide your own laundry detergent.

Everything was great!

The staff were amazing, especially Paula. We were stuck in Zermatt during the recent historic snow fall which led to Zermatt having no electricity for 36 hours and no transport out for 48 hours. The hotel was excellent and the team of staff went out of their way to accommodate us and ensure that we were ok during exceptionally difficult circumstances.

Only that we could not enjoy Zermatt as we had hoped for due to the historic snow fall.

The hotel is a typical chalet-type hotel but it is immaculate inside. It is visibly extra clean and the shower and bathroom was superb. The staff were lovely as was breakfast. Best of all was the view from the balcony looking out at the Matterhorn. Having completed a tour of Switzerland including 5 different hotel stays I have to say that this was the best and I can't wait to return.

I liked everything!

My family and I was really impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. They allowed us to check in early. I loved everything about the hotel, from really clean rooms, commendable customer service, the serene pool area and spa facility, and breakfast was substantial. Location is very central, 5 minutes walk from the central station, across a supermarket and a few minutes walk to the local bus station.

It is nice new apartmenthotel with perfect location just few steps from train station and also from station of the Gornergrat railway. The room was very clean and spacious including also small but practical kitchenette. Breakfast was great. The welness area has 3 saunas, it was exeptionnaly clean and the water temperature in pool was 34°C - it was just amazing after the ski day.

All here are perfect, staff very nice, location is closed to train station, room was bigger and comfortable than I expected. During our stays we faced flooding issues which made us couldn’t back to Zermatt, hotel staff was trying to help and supported us for extended our stays in order to keep our belongings inside the room hotel without extra charge also keep contact with us until public transport were re-operating. If you plan to visit Zermatt, this hotel should be your first choice, I really recommended.
