The view of the mountains. The central location in town. The very friendly and accomodating staff. The coupons for free access to the boating and mini-golf as well as the half-off on the telecabine.

"Do not disturb cards" to put on the door as the cleaning staff arrived quite early (before 10:00) on most every day.

Great location with beautiful mountain views. We had a standard room which was small but comfortable & renovated to a high quality & spotlessly clean. The breakfast was outstanding - 5 star quality - topped with a very pleasant accommodating breakfast staff member.

Excellent breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. Sauna available for guests to book privately. Beautiful view. Good location

Room does not have amenities to make tea and coffee and not available from hotel reception.

The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, the breakfast buffet is full of choices, and the rooms have amazing views of the Alps. This is my 2nd time staying here and will keep coming back when visiting Crans Montana. Everything was perfect…Highly recommend!

The bed is combined from two mattresses, wasn’t very comfortable to sleep because of that. Also I would prefer if balconies were separated better from each other.

Hosts were very kind and their service was one of the best thing during stay. View of the balcony was amazing. There is nothing I disliked in this hotel. Thank you for such as wonderful hotel service!
