We loved this hotel. It's situated centrally in the town, with the bus station directly behind it (no noise or pollution, it was a small terminal!) with a small cafe, co-op and post office directly adjacent to the hotel. The Leukerbad thermal baths were less than a 3 minute walk in the other direction, and both chairlifts were under 10 minutes away. You are pretty much guaranteed a beautiful view whichever side of the hotel your room is on. There is very large restaurant with another large seating area out the front (and apparently the first floor was shut off for a refurbishment and there looked to be a balcony that probably had another large seating area) so plenty of room for everyone! The staff were fantastic, every single member of staff, regardless of their role with the hotel, greeted us with a smile in a very genuine manner. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. We had a dish of steak/beef, pasta and truffles and it was easily the best meal we had our entire trip (we visited 9 countries in 3 weeks!) The portion size was more than generous and the beef quality was some of the best I've ever tasted. The breakfast buffet offering was also very generous. I really can't sing the praises of this hotel enough. It just had this special feel to it, and it was obviously popular to travellers and locals alike.

The location was close to the bus station, so it took very little time to get there once we arrived. The room was very nicely decorated with a chocolate on each pillow. The view from the balcony was stunning. Breakfast was expansive with many different options for various diets. There was live music in the restaurant below the hotel. We were a short distance walk to the largest Therme.

The room key was a bit heavy, and the evening guest services person didn't seem to be able to communicate in English. The faucet in the bathroom was pretty, but almost non-functional due to the angle the water takes as it leaves the spigot.

Satisfying overall experience, renovated premises, bed OK, pillows not as confortable as mattress, spacey room and nice view. Breakfast : OK-ish, could be better.

Nicely renovated spacious rooms in a perfect location . Easy to walk to bus or to gemmi cable car

The process for checking in and out was painstakingly long . The receptionist took at least 20 minutes typing away. Breakfast started later ( a few minutes after 8 am) which seems too late compared to other hotels we’ve been staying in . Some language difficulties either Swiss or English.

Hotel Römerhof is exceptionally located, 2 minutes away from the Leukerbad Therme baths and walking distance from the Gemmi and Torrent cable cars. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and modern, the breakfast is good and the Hotel Restaurant is very much worth recommending!

very good location, there's a Migro nearby and only 3 minutes walk distance to the thermal spring . So convenient that the hotel is surrounded by Bus Station，information house, and several restaurants. 10 minutes walk to the Torrent cable station. Nice owner and staffs. and they have a very good restaurant besides the street with wonderful foods. my son is 12 and the owner was very kindly to arrange a extra bed for us in the same room, Thanks.

Well organized administration, easy check-in and out procedures. Excellent breakfast Friendly, very attentive staff. Seemingly very good management. Good restaurant

Missed somehow safe facilities Coffee/tea making facilities in the room would have been a nice addition

Our room was spacious and clean. Comfy beds. Location was great, close to the spa. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Dinner in the restaurant was great.

There was no ski room to keep skis and boots.

Convenient & best location easy access to all , good view, quite, clean and friendly staff

Dark in hall way and elevator when I first entered and had to use the phone flash light until I found the switches. Should have motion detector for light on/off for both hall way and elevator. Should have guide for using TV. Room should have a phone at least to contacts hotel staff when needed.

The room was very comfortable, contemporary and clean. Special mention for the beds that were extremely comfortable. The restaurant was also nice and the hotel was ideally located, very central.
