Friendly service at the reception and the restaurant Very good massage from Svetlana Nice breakfast offering including scrambled and cooked eggs, good coffee! Good dinner/halfboard assortment - with focus at vegetarian dishes, but also with fish and meat options Slippers, cosmetics articles, souvenirs for sale at the reception. Bathrobes, towels for rent for external therme guests.

- Would have appreciated: More hangers in the spa/shower area; an additional waste bin in the sauna area (e.g, to throw away hair from the comb after shampooing/shower; an isolated wardrobe/cubicle for lotioning/creaming the body after the spa procedures. One can do it in a toilet cabin, but this is neither pleasant nor comfortable. Body lotion to be added to the toiletries for free use at the guest rooms and spa/therme. Kleenex tissues at guest rooms. More staff to do guest room cleaning so that rooms may be cleaned earlier during the day, so that snow is removed from the balcony after a heavy snowfall. However, all these are minor remarks in the context of a very good service level. Location highly recommended.

We loved loved loved the spa - views were incredible from the outdoor part of the spa (jacuzzi, sauna and incredible hot tub) and indoor spa was just a relaxation haven. Rooms were super comfy, breakfast was delicious with helpful nice staff. The helpful man working at the reception let us check in early and leave our luggage beyond check out. I really highly recommend a trip to Leukerbad, so easy in terms of public transport and so many great facilities like restaurants and shops but also incredible breathtaking nature hikes in the immediate surroundings of the hotel.

Excellent Spa, private ambiance but spacious. Spa (textile) generously equipped: 3 saunas, including 1 outdoors, 1 hammam, 1 infrared cabin, outdoor whirlpool and 45°C thermal water tank, Knipe cold water river, inside and outside relax rooms. Good room (I was in the guesthouse above the spa), good breakfast, friendly staff. Close to bus terminal.

Finnish sauna fanatics will miss a non-textile area; the outside area is exposed to the main tourist road.

The room was very clean and nice. Comfortable bathroom and good breakfast. Swimming pool and spa was awesome

Coffee was not included in the breakfast. During checkout they charged 6 chf per coffee without warning in advance about the price or at least that it was not for free. A small detail, but left a bad feeling There were loud contraction works during our stay, about which we were also not awared. Was hard to sleep in the morning

Excellent location in the center of the village, close to the restaurants and supermarket, 10 min walk to the Torrent lift, nice breakfast, great spa with sauna and jacuzzi, we lived in the family lounge, which had spacious living room and bedrooms, comfortable beds, big wardrobes for clothes, smart TV, kitchenette - all you need for the family stay for a week!

No sound isolation and glass door in the toilet

Excellent massage therapists. Excellent staff! Breakfast was excellent. Wide variety of cheese, cold cut, etc. Spa was nice as long as the parents do not let their children go wild. Room was nice, quite. The mattresses were firm (which we like).

The temperature of the saunas were not as high as they were supposed to be. It would have been nice if it were advertised clearly on the website that 1. the hotel room is NOT in the same building with the wellness center, and 2. the sauna/wellness area is NOT a "nude area".

The balcony view is good and nice for relaxing. The therme is also good, there are new ones on working and really looking forward to coming back!

The location is amazing-right in the center of everything. Public baths within short walk. Incredible restaurant in hotel, we ate there every day during our stay, varied daily menu, great local wines, tasty deserts. Kids menu is also varied, compared to other restaurants, 7-8 dishes to chose from plus ice cream. Very friendly staff, thank you all the team!

Excellent breakfast, great spa and fantastic location right next to train station, close to ski lifts and right in the center for restaurants and shops but no noise at night.

Beautiful modern hotel in an amazing location in the Swiss mountains. An absolutely beautiful location!!! We loved the spa and pool/jacuzzi. We also had an excellent dinner at the hotel with amazing Swiss food. Loved it!
