The room was very nice and the hotel facilities were excellent :) Plus, the region of Lenk is gorgeous 😍 We are looking forward to coming back here. We would recommend this place and the hotel to our friends.

Great hotel and location, staff was really kind and processional, they all did their best to make you feel comfortable. The food both at the restaurant and bar was nice, also breakfast had plenty of options and very good quality. The spa and pool were perfect to relax. It was all great and we loved our stay.

In our room the bathroom had only glass doors which was not ideal, especially if someone wakes up during the night to go to the toilet, the light of the bathroom illuminates the bed too. Also note that during the summer there are plenty of insects in the area

Staff is really friendly and helpful, the restaurant was a top experience and the food is excellent. The ski lift next door is conviennent. Room had plenty of space and the beds are perfect (recommend to add tea options in room instead of coffee only). Overall it’s a nice hotel, a bit expensive for what it offers.

The main disappointment was the pool. It reminded me a bit of an all inclusive, where people just put their towels to secure their bed chairs around the pool but never actually use them. Really annoying when you actually want to relax, we couldn’t not seat anywhere… I think at this price this could definitely get an improvement.

Loved our stay here! The staff (all of them) were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel and its surrounding are absolutely stunning. The outdoor pool is gorgeous! The breakfast was also really good. Shoutout to the friendly Slovakian waiter that used to work in Malta!

I understand that German is the official language but maybe, having more info in English would be helpful for non-German speakers.

My second visit because I liked it so much the first time. Everything about it is very good. Little things that mark this hotel out included, for example, repleneshing free soft drinks in the minibar as needed and again nicely acknowledging my birthday over dinner. I will also mention the bar where I enjoyed drinks while listening to the live piano playing. A special, peaceful place in a beautiful location.

Bedrooms were a lovely size. Great beds and bedding. Modern bathroom. The balcony and view were spectacular. The staff were attentive, polite and so helpful. Courteous and friendly. The open fire and the bar area was the perfect are for unwinding in the evening and live music added a chilled vibe. Breakfast was amazing. The children loved the buffet and the husband loved the omelette. I really enjoyed my glass of champers with my yoghurt and granola, looking out at the snow capped mountains! The spa was fantastic after a days skiing.

From the moment we got out of the car, we were treated like royalty with staff ready to take bags and check us in (we had to wait for check in but we sat in comfy chairs and only had to wait a few minutes). From valet parking to over 7 saunas in the spa and 3 gourmet restaurants to choose from, as well as a view across the mountains, this resort is definitely one to visit to spoil yourself rotten! Highly recommend.

the stuff in the reception was friendly but usually very young inexperience, and incompetent. some of them did not know, . good English and make a lot of mistakes with inviting ski lessons and booking place for dinner there was no complimentary sport activity for adults such as yoga or Pilati's or gym lessons

Amazing location, beautiful architecture and stunning view, the spa was wonderful

At the restaurant Spectacolo the service was not spectacular… We expected more from a Michelin star restaurant. The food was adequate but some of the staff were quite rude and made us feel uncomfortable. We had a 100% different experience at O de vie, the other restaurant of the hotel.

The views over the mountains were breathtaking, the spa was great,The restaurants and the food were amazing, the staff were polite and nice. I loved staying there. I needed help to get to the station and they provided a car for me immediately.

There was a bad smell around the hotel entrance and some parts of the outdoor area and spa, like sewage but inside the hotel there’s no smell. Also i paid for a pool view but i was put in a room with no pool view.
