The room was big and comfortable and we had a large balcony with exceptional views (see picture!). The hotel restaurant was great and had a lot of menu options for everyone. The room was also very quiet and clean! The hotel is also adjacent to the cable car lift up the mountain and the areas hiking trails which is extremely convenient.

The hotel was under renovation so part of the facility was closed to guest access. We knew this when we booked, so it wasn't a problem, but unfortunately we weren't able to experience all the amenities the hotel had to offer. We'll be back! Also, it is a 10 to 15 minute (easy) walk to the main part of Gstaad which could be difficult for less mobile people.

Our Comfort room could be used together with the one next door, if you were travelling as a family. There was an outer door that kept any noise level from the corridor to a minimum. Breakfast was substantial and the restaurant was well used by both guests and non guests. Very attentive staff in the restaurant. A genuinely friendly and professional gentleman called Weil was on hand at check in and check out making us feel everyone in the hotel were keen for us to have a memorable stay. The car parking, private spa for an hour and the ski equipment hire all included in the cost of our stay were amazing

Room was very clean and pleasant. Breakfast was very good , coffee excellent and lots of choice. We had dinner in the restaurant and the quality was very good and quite original. Good to have the sauna to ourselves.

We had dinner in the restaurant and it was very busy and noisy....the tables should be placed not so close together as we had to ask to move as children on the table behind kept asking us to move our chairs so they could get through. Also we arrived down for breakfast at 10 am and had to ask to have the egg trays refilled, as there were no eggs left, nor bacon.

The hotel is superb, everything was of higy quality. The location is perfect: not exactly in the center, but is quite and picturesque, only a few minutes walk to the center, and in the best position in Gstaad regarding the view to the mountains. The Deluxe Suite is spacious, it has a very big balcony with wonderful view to the mountains (Wispile). The breakfast was delicious and varied, the room was clean, and the staff very helpful and polite. So, everything was perfect to spend some memorable days in Gstaad!

The hotel is superb, modern, clean, amazing restaurant and the best is the service, they are extremely customer oriented, kind and friendly. The room is big, well equipped and the balcony is huge. They left chocolates everyday for us. My dog was with me and they provide some stuff to her, a ball that she loved. The breakfast is called “rich breakfast” and you understand why once is there 😅 The restaurant team is incredible. Mr José was extremely kind and made us feel like home. Sensational food and ambience.

It was a beautiful experience at this hotel. They go way and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The beautiful crib setup with a soft toy for my baby boy was very thoughtful. I also had a delayed baggage issue because of which I did not have my baby stroller with me but the manager of the hotel offered me her own stroller free of charge to use for the 3 days we stayed there. Location is restaurant is amazing too specially the pizza. Also the little playground and mini go kart is a treat for the little kids. Book now for your stay at Gstaad and you won't regret.

They don't have a fridge and did not get one upon request due to lack of availability.

Staff very welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout stay. Nice room with large balcony. Complimentary pick up and drop off to train station a fantastic convenience and really appreciated.

Next time, I would consider upgrading to a higher room category, as the bed in the Standard room wasn’t quite as comfortable as I had hoped.

Wow -.what a great hotel. The location is just outside town and has a river running by creating a great soundtrack!! The room had a balcony and amazing views down the valley. The food was excellent and we ate there several times in the evening. Breakfast was also really good.. The staff were all really friendly and professional. A family hotel run with real care.

Rooms were nice with a beautiful view. The people at the reception are very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

It is a hotel with a pizza restaurant for families and children. It was okay but you need to know that this attracts a different kind of groups and it’s noisy

Great hotel a short walk form the centre of Gstaad. I stayed one night whilst touring by bicycle. There was a secure building to store our bicycles in overnight. We booked a twin room which was very comfortable and well decorated. Breakfast was included in the price and and was fantastic with hot options such as eggs and bacon as well as a great continental selection.
