The hotel is big but cosy . has its own parking garage (with extra charge) , the staff is friendly and really helpful , we can’t think of something they didn’t handle . The location was perfect for us , center of Gstaad is just around the corner .

2 issues : The hotel has a ski room but it doesn’t have a system to warm and dry overnight your ski boots ; meaning I had to ski every day with wet ski boots - really unpleasant and lately , all the hotels we went had this warming system . The other problem was the temperature in the hotel : an idea to chilly . It would have been really nice if it was a little bit warmer .

Wonderful hotel. The restaurant and bar staff were personable and kind. The hotel is in a great location, just a 6-minute walk from town, and features a beautiful, peaceful garden. I also appreciated the complimentary pick-up and drop-off service from the railway station. Very clean rooms. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nothing major- 1. Lack of individual AC or heating controls in the rooms was a bit of a downside. 2. At check-in some guests were offered a welcome drink, - we were not.

Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view we enjoyed each night. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Hotel desk staff was extremely helpful regarding recommendations for travel to via bus and viewing Glacier 3000. They even checked the weather radar and told us what time to go and what to expect on our partly cloudy day. They were spot on and that adventure was a phenomenal experience. We did visit the bar and once again met welcoming and very friendly staff. Exceptional stay!

The location is excellent being next to the main town square with numerous boutiques and upmarket restaurants. The Hotel is a boutique family run operation with efficient staff , great breakfast, nice cosy guest lounge to get out your room and peaceful outside garden area . Get a larger room with a balcony if you can . It also has a free sauna and spa area which other hotels normally charge a hefty fee for .

Not much as it’s good value in the very exclusive and expensive Gstaad which has very limited medium priced options. Gstaad has also limited budget and family friendly places for food such as Wally’s burgers , bakery , “cappuccino “ and “ rialto “ bar & bistro and the town is not really recommended for families or travellers on a budget , unless it’s a quick day trip for gaze at the classy people and boutiques . Gstaad is aimed at high end wealthier traveller who does not blink at eye watering prices .

super clean, good location, safe covered parking option (additional 13fr), and good breakfast spread. There is also a kids room on the ground floor and the spa access was a nice addition (although we didn’t get to use it).

The room was smaller than expected. We booked a “Junior Suite Alpine” - but the room given to us did not have a L-shaped sofa nor a dining table. For the price, we were expecting a coffee machine in the Suite but there wasn’t any (just a kettle and some Nescafé sticks).

Comfortable room. Excellent choice of food and drinks at breakfast and top quality service. Great location ... transfer to the station much appreciated.

A short answer here ... there was nothing I didn't like ... in other words I liked everything !

The breakfast selection was excellent. There was a slew of great quality bread, cereal, ham and cheese as well as yogurt. They also had a selection menu where they had eggs as well as avocado toast and sausages as options. I also enjoyed the staff quality and friendliness. The staff was very fluent in French,English as well as German. They were very attentive to our needs and tried their best to accommodate the various needs throughout our stay. Our view from our room was exceptional and very scenic. Great location as well. The hotel has that special wood/cabin smell when you enter that brings a sense of calm and relaxation.

Overall, it was a very great stay! If I were to give reviews in terms of what could potentially be areas of improvement - the Wi-Fi in our room was quite unstable and weak (about a 40% connection rate throughout or stay), and the beds were a little bit too soft for my personal preference.

- Central and beds are firm. Decoration is nice a looks new. - Very good breakfast

- Not possible to take « demi-pension » for one night, it needs to be for all evenings of the stay which is a non sense for people travelling and visiting the region. - No fitness room

l like everything in hotel. they have a car pick you up from train station of Gstaad to hotel for free with out any pay . The view was amazing in family room, the bathroom was very good, the staff was friendly and always smiling, everything was very good. And I classify this hotel as a five star hotel. Thank you for everything

Just in the breakfast they need to but something for vegetarians people. because my kids was allergies from eggs and milk, and everything continue that’s very difficult for us to found something for him, Bread also contains eggs and milk 😊.
