A very comfortable room with a wonderful view. Dog friendly - we all had a blast. The hotel is excellent situated above Saanen - meaning spectacular view and a nice sunny terrace. Nice bar with a surprisingly good sushi in the evening. Very good breakfast with a omelette bar.

The only down was upon checking in - we payed for a room with a view and we've got a room at the ground level with no view. After going back to the reception desk, the problem was solved and the room was changed.

A fabulous property nestled 5 mins away from Saanen station with amazing views of the mountains and Saanen and Gstaad towns. Our stay was made cozy with an upgrade to South facing rooms which had amazing views. The owner Mr.Marwan was also present at the property and he asked us if our stay was comfortable. The indoor heated pool was a blessing as the temperature had dipped to 5°. The food at the bar - sushi was delicious.

If you miss the bus from saanen station you need to wait for 1hr more for the next bus. Or else you gotta walk uphill for 800m which takes about 20 mins.

Cool overall vibe with nice decor, tasty food, an impressive breakfast, mostly very kind and friendly staff (especially in the restaurants and also the lovely lady who drove us to the train station when we left) and of course a wonderful resident DJ who plays in the lobby most evenings (what a cool touch!)

Some staff not so welcoming (esp. when checking in - a proper smile and a few warm, welcoming words would go far), some mishaps like us not getting picked at train station when arranged, forgetting to bring special milk ordered at breakfast, etc. Pool also needs a deep clean and ideally an update, it really should be a little better for a hotel of this caliber.

The view from our room was amazing. The property had great amenities, our son loved the playrooms and we liked the small details in the room provided for families with young children.

Unfortunately we had several problems during our stay which were attended to very slowly: - Our door had an issue with the lock where it was unable to be locked leaving our belongings at risk for theft - It was extremely hot in the room and during our first night we were told the hotel was out of fans. We ended up opening the windows and doors which led to bugs entering the room because there were no nets - Our room wasn’t cleaned until late in the afternoon

The hotel is decorated with extremely good tastes, it’s comfortable, cosy and very clean, making it a home away from home. Facilities are great (swimming pool, sauna, hammam, solarium, gym, games rooms, free parking). The breakfast is excellent, with fresh produce and a lot of variety. Really excellent hotel, worth every penny.

Be aware that if you book a massage, it’s a deep tissue massage and it’s VERY energetic. We still have some aches and pain from it.

Really beautiful chalet vibes - well designed with a clean interior. The staff were very helpful and made it feel like home. The food was great in the upstairs restaurant and lounge. Amazing DJ - deep house vibes - please never change your DJ! Also it was very convenient for Skiing as they had a Ski Shop to rent equipment from.

Swimming Pool is dated and spa was abit busy. But overall good.

It is a nice mountain hotel, bedroom not very big but really well made, with a comfortable bed, a nice corner table and balcony. The sushi bar downstairs is great. Restaurant La Vue also good, but expensive for what it offers.

Not something I did not like but the service is distant, meaning you are not in a boutique hotel as other 4/5 stars hotels you may find in other mountain destinations. It is a big, loud, family hotel during weekends, but I would still go back.

Restaurant is real quality food at proper price. Rooms are cozy and luxurious Spa area is good (hammam and two Sauna) Great indoor pool Well sorted breakfast Very friendly staff everywhere.

The gym is a great space, but some dumbbells missing and the barbell and corresponding weight discs are really old school and does not match a 4 star hotel. Also stretching mats are ready for replacement. Furthermore good gym with good machines.

Great location, had a fantastic view from the balcony of our suite, dinner at the restaurant was delicious with great service, also loved the pool and the sauna.

Not much to complain, but there is no AC in the room, so we had to leave the window open to sleep at night and as a result, we could hear the church bell ring at night.

The friendliness of the staff, the interior decoration, the bar at night with the DJ, the game room, the fitness but mostly how they were SUPER dog friendly and VERY helpful about my celiac son’s gluten-free intolerance. We will definitely return again!

The spa could have some fruits and herbal teas available for guests & could slightly lower the minimum access age from 18 years old to 15-16y after 3 pm 😌
