One of the best hotels I have stayed in and the prices are value for money. The customer focus of the staff is outstanding - compliments to the management for their hiring and training. An all-round excellent hotel. Spa/sauna facilities are very good indeed, and for once, there is a hotel gym that is a real gym - way above the average for even high-end hotels. I enjoyed my stay a great deal and will be coming back after this experience.

Ideally. I do like coffee-making facilities in the room and at least for my room, there were none. Also, the option of firmer pillows.

It’s not very easy to navigate through the hotel, elevators don’t all go to same place. Few times the room card didn’t work and we had to recharge it. One maybe point the would be nice to implement is rotation of clients to the restaurant rooms as the menue is the same, this will allow clients to visit multiple rooms while their stay :) But these are just areas to be rated over excellent :) because definitely we will be so happy to visit again

The staff was super friendly and always accommodating. I can't call out a single staff member as every single one was amazing. The facilities were also really great

During summer rooms are super hot. We were there during summer and the rooms didn't have airconditioning. As a result we found it difficult to sleep. In saying that, we reported this to the staff and they organised standing fan for us. It helped but airconditioning would have been better.

The staff were super nice and helpful The views around the hotel were breathtaking It was so peaceful and relaxing....the only (not so annoying noise) were the sound of cow bells 🐄 You certainly would never go hungry here if you choose the half board option either and the food was delicious In the evening I went to the bar for a drink and ended up dancing the night away with other guests to the musician playing a great range of music - we had a great time🍸

Maybe my room was a little small but there was everything I needed except for an iron - when I called reception to ask, they said that there is a charge

The SPA facilities are the real value proposition but also some rooms like ours did enjoy beautiful views and beautiful woodworking features.

The hotel is very remote with minimal and at times very expensive transportation options. This hotel shafted us with their preferred transfer partners for an exuberant amount of CHN 750.00 to transfer us from Zurich to Shoenreid a less than 2 hr car ride! Trains are not an option if you have luggage! Other times, hotel refused to allow for the hotel shuttle to be used to provide after hour access for guests to enjoy other after dinner activities. Making the stay more like trapped in a prison. Add to this the most horrifying bar and lounge act worthy of cheap seedy bars out of Tarantino"s movies. If you go here, you would need your own car but do make sure there is a place to park! The place is set up for a single, segregated, isolated stay!

Very nice friendly hotel, staff was amazing and extremely friendly, breakfast on the terrace delicious. Views fantastic. Railroad in front was not a problem at all. Beds extremely comforstable. Pity we spent little time in the hotel as were mostly at sports event in Gstaad

Nothing to complain really.

All the staff was excellent, smiling and very attentive. Almost everyone speaks at least German, French and English. The facilities are great, and despite the size of the hotel, you can feel a personal approach towards the guests.

The only thing I did not like was that the pillows are very soft.

Quite simply, our best ever hotel experience! This is a wonderful hotel made so by the delightful team of friendly and caring people who made us feel so welcome. There are so many positives, including the breathtaking menus at breakfast, lunch and dinner, not forgetting the delicious afternoon cakes! The spa is superb and the unexpected bonus of free local rail travel capped off a wonderful week.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Our stay at the hotel was exceeding all our expectations! It was truly wonderful! The staff was incredibly friendly and we felt immediately welcome and at home. The Spa area is divine, the food absolutely fabulous and the rooms comfortable. We will definitely come back! Thank you for such a warm welcome!
