They provided some huge discounts for local activities as well as ones in other towns which made the value of the hotel stay an amazing value for the money. The staff was friendly and the building was pretty. Breakfast was filling and they waited upon us even outside.

It would have been nice to have someone staffing the front or slightly more clarity about the set up. The staff runs the restaurant so it was completely understandable but it was not clear before hand. We figured out everything ourselves and they left a nice note with brochures but that could be challenging for some guests.

Fantastic customer service and lovely staff, it’s clean, good location, beautiful mountains view, and access to public transport only 4 minutes walk.

The Breakfast is developing as the new management put their mark on the hotel. It was a little simple.. The staff were superb and particularly Raul, Amanda and Chef who were very welcoming.

The breakfast is very limited and room wasn’t very big so if you’re staying in the winter and have alot of equipment just be mindful.

Location, old town, beautiful views and easy to drive around and locally.

Bit noisy for us, but there was a wedding on at the hotel, and if a wedding isn’t noisy then it wouldn’t be much fun! Breakfast was very poor, but the coffee was great.

Very friendly and helpful staff at breakfast serving. Room was spacious and silent so unlike so often in hotels, the sleep was actually nice and comfortable. Rougemont ski-lift was short walking distance away as well as the train station with connections to Gstaad etc. The hotel was located in very cute sleepy little village.

The 2-key switch system of the hotel is just stupid and creates only discomfort. Very less parking available for hotel quests. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was surprisingly poor in regards to taste and quality. Breakfast time starts too late and the facilities at the breakfast are too domestic-styled and cumbersome, so it makes the start of the day very slow and inefficient: I have no desire to boil my own eggs, wait them to cook, clock them etc. - fully useless procedure for clients. Would hate to be having breakfast with more than 5 other persons at same time...

As we were going to a concert in Saanen the location was perfect. Breakfast was excellent with local products. Rougemont is a very charming Swiss Village/town. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Cozy room, very warm design and the staff was ok.

The breakfast might be better for that price and table was quite empty at 9:50am even if i know breakfast ends at 10:00am. Otherwise the hotel is very nice, very clean and the position is amazing.

Nice area, all houses are wooden and the same style, close to Gstaad. Great looking breakfast area with interesting cow themed art.

This hotel looked great on the site but in person totally exceeded my expectations — super comfy beds and clean rooms and the hotel is beautifully positioned on the main road in Rougemont which is an extremely beautiful little village. There are good restaurants nearby.
