I thoroughly enjoyed my 7 nights here.Wonderful ,cheerful and helpful front desk staff ,restaurant staff and room cleaning staff.Bed ,linens,towels,bathroom-all high quality. Breakfast had many healthy options,including freshly made breads , cereals ,fish,dried fruits ,nuts,soft-boiled eggs,cheeses,home-made fruit jams and daily-made fruit cocktail( it was NOT from a can!) .I also appreciated that they made me a soy cappuccino every morning. The hotel was 35% of the price of comparable hotels in Gstaad,a quick 4 -minute train ride away.The train ran hourly but the buses ran every 10/15 minutes-so never a problem . The train stop (Saanen) is a 1-minute walk from the hotel. Saanen is much more authentic a town than Gstaad,and more interesting. Next to the hotel is a small farmers market-type store selling fruits,vegetables,nuts,grains-everything,really. I slept with the windows open every night-it was that quiet. Lovely pace! Excellent base from which to sample the various ski runs nearby.

A few days the wifi signal was temporarily weak on my floor(4th) but I think it was weather related.

Clean, comfortable hotel in an excellent location in the center of Saanen. It has a good restaurant and outside terasse in the enjoyable pedestrian center, surrounded by magnificent ancient buildings. Service was friendly and there was a good variety of food. Breakfast was plentiful. The building it self is not particularly noteworthy but is clean and functional.

Nothing in particular. Parking is easily found nearby (zone is pedestrian). Parking is easy once you get the method! You can park in several different places. Free from 8 to 12 and 14 to 18H but dealing with the machines is not always easy - You have to identify your car and pay with change only during the paying periods. You are credited with 15 hours to start with if you park outside the paying hours. A little distraction, but essentially makes parking cheap!!

The Location was perfect. A stone throw away from Saanen railway station - pharmacy and local shops around the corner. A beautiful place in a stunning little village. The most amazing lady at reception Marija - so helpful and a joy to speak with.

This is minor but i wish they had a toaster (but that’s just me, force of habit, needing toast in the morning Otherwise they have lovely spread for breakfast

The hotel has a beautiful modern touch while keepings it's authentic structure. In all rooms, as well as in the restaurant, there are insertions of the paper-cutting art crafts specific to Saanenland. The room was very comfortable and the amenities of good quality, including the renovated bathroom. We were also lucky to get a room on upper floor with mountain view, which was a great view to wake up to on a race day. The staff was very kind and they even offered a very-early breakfast for the race participants. The breakfast was good and the food they serve at the restaurant is absolutely delicious, including the desserts. Last but not least, the landmark Landhaus hall it's a must see when staying at Landhaus Hotel in Saanen. :)

The hote is perfectly located, the restaurant serves delicious meals and the staff is super friendly! Our room was beautiful, we were able to get a big cot for our baby, with a sweet blanket and cushion. We will definitely come back!

The breakfast was delicious, the staff very friendly and the location couldn't have been more convenient. One minute walk to the train/bus station, very easy with luggage and there was a lift at the hotel too.

Menu for evening meal rather limited, considering it was the only place in Saanen open. Too much spicy food.

Clean and functional. Very helpful owner -- big help with ongoing travel questions.

Noise from the street. Our second floor room overlooked the end of a pedestrian walkway. Deliveries started around 7:00 am and we're noisy. Another thing: there were only four restaurants in the village. Luckily the hotel restaurant was pretty good.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Saanen. Comfortable rooms. Very clean. Self service tea and coffee on the landing. Staff very welcoming and professional.

being welcomed by the recpection girl with my name and key already in hand! what a great service, professional and very friendly. location is perfect, in the middle of the village with underground central parking and train station right next to it. clean and comfortable room with nespresso and tea opportunity on each floor. my place to go when in the area.
