The property was super clean and only we were the guest so it was super nice. The room was big and very clean with everything you need. There was a tv which played only French and German channels. The host is amazing and the breakfast was good.

The location is not Gstaad and it takes 15 minutes by bus to the village called Lauenen. The issue is bus is every hour and the last bus is at 07:30 pm. In the afternoon, the bus is at a frequency of 2 hours. There is only one restaurant in the village . So you lack options. Also the breakfast could have had more variety.

Amazing location, beautiful views in the summer (we were in the studio). Lovely Swiss quaint village vibes. Very clean, had all the facilities, spacious studio with a nice kitchenette and a terrace (shared with the owners). 15 min bus from Gstaad (once every hour). Bus stop is literally right outside the B&B. Great stay to explore Launen (which we felt was very underrated), Gstaad and Saanen. There is a nice little shop in the village, about 3 mins walk from the B&B. The owner, Karen, is SUPER helpful and offered to pick us up from Gstaad as we had luggage. All in all, lovely location, great facilities, sweetest owners.

Bus to Gstaad is only till 7 pm and goes once an hour only

It's well located (5 mins with car to Gstaad/Saneen), depending on the room, you can have quite a nice view. The room and common bathroom were very clean, the room quite specious, with a big balcony and many flowers. The bed was comfortable. Very good coffee. Nice parking. The host was really friendly and helpful, telling us to go at 2000m (Wispile) early in the morning. The sky was clear and we could see and amazing view!

At arrival, it was hard to figure out what to do. No one was there. We couldn't call due to not having roaming internet. We rang the doorbell but didn't work. Later we found out that actually she didn't hear it. We climbed upstairs planning to knock on doors till be find the owner (1st floor). Breakfast could be more diversified. We were on the top floor, near the dining area/kitchen. If you tend to wake up late, know that at 7:30-8 it will get quite noisy. Later edit: I found it disrespectful for the host to SMS me and scold me for the things I didn't like from my review. It's a rating on 9 and that's constructive feedback...

Staying in Panorama was a pleasure. A very calme place in a beatiful valley. Exceptional hospitality and friendiness of hosts. And yes, a perfect breakfast, as it was announced. A free parking lot just at the entrance. A real paradise! There is a small restaurant in 50 m from Panorama, and another one in 200-300m. Also the one at the lake. One can enjoi walking, hiking and bicycle rides in the beautiful valley.

From the minute we stepped off the bus from Gstaad (which stops at the front door of Panorama B&B) it was obvious this place is special. Lauenen itself is a picture perfect alpine village where you feel as though you've stepped into a Christmas card. The B&B Panorama has the most spectacular views imaginable - snow capped mountains flanked by pines dripping with snow, with beautiful ancient wooden chalets and twinkling lights in the foreground. Karen the host was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. Great, filling, locally-sourced breakfast. Beautiful, warm, well-appointed room with a balcony overlooking alpine splendour. We visited for winter hiking and the trails around Lauenen must be some of the best in Switzerland. We were truly blown away by our short stay - just wish we were still there!

There was nothing not to like. Perfect B&B in a perfect location.

Very nice studio equipped with everything that was needed. The terrace has a nice view of the mountains. The hosts were very welcoming. The chalet seems to be new and is very clean. The slopes for skiing were closed, but we could ski in the slopes from the nearby stations. We used a car, so it was very convenient, but there is also a bus station right in front of the property. However, buses circulate only once per hour until 7-8 PM. There is also private parking. We had a very nice stay close to Gstaad.

Karin, the host is super kind and friendly. She offered to drive us back to Gstaad seeing that we still waited for the bus to the station. Bus stops right in front of the property; walking distance to the trail heads to several hiking trail; restaurant next door for dinner; not far from Gstaad and quieter; The property is spotlessly clean. We didn’t mind the share bathroom. Breakfast is wonderful!

This is only for people utilizing the bus route to know that there is 2 hours lunch time gap on the bus schedule in the area. We had to wait in Gstaad for 2 hours until our next bus.

This is just a great place to stay. If you are willing to take the free bus for 10 minutes to Gstaad, you end up in a place that has better views, a wonderful community and a really good local restaurant.

I didnt mind taking the bus back and forth to Gstaad. Maybe some people wont like that .

Amazing, mountain style hotel, super clean room and bathroom. Hotel has free parking which it very convenient, there is also bus stop is next to the hotel. You can go to Gstaad in 12min. Hotel atmosphere is nice and cosy, staff was great, we felt like at home! Breakfast was tasty with local products.

Great facilities, hosts were very friendly and helpful with anything needed........would not hesitate in going again.
