Great little hotel attached to a beautiful and popular bakery/cafe. Supermarket is right next door and parking in the parking lot next door is only 5CHF if you have your parking validated with the accomodation. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Just note that you need to check-in with the staff in the bakery. This was a little unclear. The beds are quite soft, which some people might like. Compared to the beds in Germany and Austria which were rock hard, these beds are on the other end of the scale and rather soft. As others have mentioned, it's not a B&B. There is no breakfast included.

Lovely comfy beds and a great bathroom. The cafe did a decent light breakfast for €10 all in. The bakery is lovely - great sandwiches for lunch. Good value for Switzerland. Very easy to get to. You take elevators up from the concourse opposite the trainstation and its just a 50m walk.

The room was a little smaller than advertised and was on the first floor above the road so with the window open traffic noise was a little intrusive. The pictures on Booking.com suggest the room would be larger. Ask for a rear facing room or an upper floor.

The room was nice, although it was a bit small for 3 people. We found the room very hot even if the outside temperature was about 10 Celsius, and there was no AC to cool it down or any switch to turn off the heating, so we had to sleep with the windows opened. The parking was easy and next to the hotel. We chose to pay extra for the breakfast in the morning, but we found it with very limited choices for the price, and it was including some small pastry bites which in my opinion are not considered as breakfast.

I had misunderstood the B&B-part. You actually just rent a room and then pay for breakfast & dinner à la carte. I would have appreciated a breakfast buffet that you normally have in a B&B or hotel or at least soms discount on the normal prices for guests.

What a gem of a place! We loved our stay at the Gyger. We had a lovely evening meal and breakfast. The staff are wonderful and our accommodation was lovely and clean. The location was perfect for the train station especially using the lifts near the Coop to the bus station. This was so much quicker than following the route on google maps. We travelled across Switzerland and the Gyger was our favourite accommodation. We wished we could have stayed longer!Thank you Gill and Dave Lound

The room was nice and clean and it was very close to the train station and grocery store (we were taking the Bernina Express train). The parking was in a garage next to the B&B and the price was 5 CHF. I didn’t realise that it’s a bed&breakfast without breakfast included. I mean you could buy breakfast in the cafe/restaurant downstairs but I was suprised that it wasn’t included.

We had a great stay! The room for three was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a nice, fresh design. Parking was convenient and quite cheap (you need to ask for a parking ticket in the hotel), right next to the hotel. There’s also a supermarket and a bakery just right to the place, which made everything even easier. Highly recommend for a comfortable and practical stay!

This was an outstanding stay. The rooms are very modern-comfy in an Alpine style that we rarely find in Switzerland, certainly not at this price level. It's a gem, small, privately run. The breakfast from their own bakery is fantastic. It's quiet at night and the train station is around the corner, and easy parking is available next door as well. We also had dinner one of the evenings - it was fantastic. We're almost searching for an excuse to go back.

Check-in or check-out are in the bakery, so some waiting times can occur while bakery customers are being served as well.

We absolutely loved Gyger b&b.It was in a great location for the station. The staff were friendly and helpful. A lovely room.We enjoyed a lovely evening meal which we felt was well priced for Switzerland. We also went for the buffet breakfast at 20 CHF. It was lovely. Excellent fresh ingredients and good quality. We will definitely return to Gyger and Thusis which is a great place for many of the highlights Switzerland has to offer..Well done!

The room was very clean and neat. The beds were comfortable and the shower was very nice. There was a rooftop terrace and our clothes were ironed when we asked to use a ironing machine. Also good wifi connection
