Troistorrent is a great location in the mountains above Monthey. The bus drops off just in front of Le 30 and the train stop is just a short walk. Le 30 has only two guest rooms, which is great for peace and quiet. The room decor is perfect for a mountain setting and each room looks out onto a beautiful pastoral setting with stunning mountain views in the distance. The host was very helpful, even checking into late night bus/train schedules for me. Be sure to order the picnic breakfast - it's wonderful and only 12CHF.

A dream of an escape to Troistorrents - well connected on the trainline to Champery and the bus to Morgins. Peaceful surroundings - from deer in the garden, to watching sunset behind the Dents Blanches from the hot tub - every detail has been thought of, and all with a touch of luxury. Fiona was so welcoming to us, and was very helpful with suggestions for dinner and transport connections. The rooms are delightful - modern take on traditional chalet rustic - gorgeous hot shower and comfy bed. We had our own entrance which meant we could come and go. I highly recommend Fiona's breakfast (fresh pastries, bread, jams, fruit and yoghurt). Can't wait to come back - and next time I hope to stay longer!

Incredible location, beautiful accommodation and amazing hosts who took time to answer our questions and recommend things to do in the area. The views are also incredible! We will most certainly be back.

Very comfortable, easily accessible and quiet place within driving distance of Les Portes du Soleil skiing area. We used the location Les Crosets only 17 mins away. We also drove a bit further to la Chapell d'Abondance for access to excellent beginner areas. We really enjoyed the outdoor spa to relax after skiing.

Just the fact that the bathroom/toilet doesn't have a real door and doesn't totally close.

We had a luck to find this beautiful place and to have one night there .The place itself is like a fairy tale ,clean ,tide ,romantic,beautiful surroundings and peace .The owners of the place make all this even more beautiful with their kindness and pleasant welcome , the lovely breakfast is a must ! A perfect tuckaway outside Geneva - we really hope to be back again! Loved the sheep next door and the sound of water - so relaxing!!

Everything was amazing - such a cute room and nice facilities, amazing view, great food, fantastic ambience, great hosts and friendly hospitality, jacuzzi outside etc!

Breakfast came in a cute picnic basket and comprised delicious fresh baguette, croissants, orange juice, home made jam, butter and yoghurt one day, cheese the next. We made coffee using the machine provided in the room. The offer of a ticket for the funicular at Champery was much appreciated. Stephane and Fiona were friendly and very helpful. Dinner at the restaurant in the village was delicious. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Some black teabags would have been nice in addition to the other tea available.
