Nice hotel in the mountains with a beautiful view of the valley. The spa is available for guests and includes both an indoor pool and an amazing outdoor pool with the same stunning view. Saunas are also good. The room is small but comfortable. You can charge your car for free in the underground parking, though it's slow and uses a standard Swiss plug (an adapter is needed). The village is very picturesque and just a 10-minute walk downhill, with plenty of restaurants and shops.

The restaurant feels a bit like a school canteen, both in terms of food and service. Items often run out and are replaced very slowly and inconsistently, so you’re left choosing from whatever is left. Boiled eggs were sometimes completely undercooked—just liquid inside. The coffee machine offering lattes was doing a self-cleaning cycle the entire two days I stayed at the hotel. Children are not allowed in the saunas, jacuzzi, or outdoor pool—only the indoor pool is accessible to them.

Hotel is quite old, but very well maintained and clean. We especially enjoyed the spa with outdoor heated pool and three saunas. Outdoor pool, hot tub and saunas are all 16+ years accessible only. Great dinner choices (fish, meats, vegan options, porridge, lot of vegetables, fruits and bread). No soup. Very professional and kind staff. Spacious rooms. Only basic amenities in bathroom (soap, washing gel), towels. Good value for money. Exceeded our expectations based on previous reviews..

Breakfast was not as much enjoyable as dinner. Not good coffee, only cow's milk (no plant-based alternatives), no sweet cakes. Eggs were eatable but nothing fancy, lot of hams and cheese, but no spread for the bread. Very little vegetables.

I love this place, it is the 3rd time we come, perfect for family trips. Spaces are big in common areas to reunite, rooms for families of 5 available, great views to the mountains. Pool is large and nice after a day of ski. Location is great close to the slopes. The new outdoor pool is really nice, pity that kids cannot enjoy it too.

The staff at the restaurant is not nice, specially a gentleman that has no polite communication. In 2 of our 3 experiences in this hotel we were moved to other tables in a not respectful way, not tolerable. They are strict with timetables, they start removing all food from breakfast at 10 am, there is no flexibility and going with kids is not always easy. Dinner buffet is ok but expensive, not much variety. We found better ordering pizzas and having dinner in the picnic area in the lobby. Also, almost 30 min waiting in the reception for checking in, I guess because of rush hour. The rest very good.

The hotel has a great price and quality ratio. We could not believe we could enjoy Mont Blanc views, outside pool, enormous breakfast and parking for around 100€! We had no time, but we would have loved to stay longer.

The hotel areas are a bit outdated and could be slightly renovated to boost the atmosphere. The rest was perfect!

The view from the balcony is just Stunning. The new Outdoor Pool/Spa Area made out day. We had two times the buffet souper and this was very good. Decent choice of fresh food, salad buffet and self-made desserts. Amazing value for the Money in this great Restaurant. But Most important, from the first minute of our stay until check-out we have been surrounded by amazing, friendly and helpful staff!

This is a very nice hotel in a lovely location in Leysin. We enjoyed the stay a lot - nice reception, good pool and a bar with a big fire place. Parking was easy and the view from the hotel was gorgeous. Value for money was good and the breakfast was included. Also easy to walk down to the village - can highly recommend Le Leysin restaurant - superb service and excellent food.

Think the room need some updating - good beds and clean but slightly dated. Breakfast at the first day was amazing - we came slightly late but the buffet was still full and they let us have breakfast - the more disappointing was the second day as we were there earlier but buffet was half empty ... shame but the hotel got much busier.

The place is so cosy and welcoming. Easily accessible close to the station and lots of parking. I was there to relax and hike it was perfect for both. I loved my room and the views are amazing. The staff are really friendly and helpful the breakfast was fantastic. I made use of the spa which was lovely the swimming pool and jacuzzi both with a view of the mountains is just wonderful. Plenty of places to relax and have a drink a real gem I'll definitely go back.

The decor is a little dated but wonderfully rustic. It needs a little tlc here and there but that absolutely takes nothing from the wonderful ambience.

The hotel is really nice. The pool, sauna, the location. The new spa for 16+ is really great. The staff is super.

Please add some variety for breakfast. We were there for multiple years and the breakfast is every day and every year the same. Please add the minimal kitchen equipment in the apartment: a ladle, a swiss Power Adapter for your electric cattle with EU plug

Nice location, close to the lifts. Great swimming and wellness area. Friendly staff. Parking at the hotel.

Great food in the restaurant, but the buffet is very chaotic. Some buffet trays stay empty for a while before they refill it.
