We booked a family room and it had two separate rooms and one bathroom all connected by a corridor, it was very convenient and very spacious for 4 adults. The breakfast was tasty. We definitely recommend to have dinner in their restaurant, the rostis are the best ones we've ever had in Switzerland! The sauna area, although a bit small, is a nice bonus. There was also parking right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. Overall I think this place was a good deal and we would stay there again.

Some of the interior of the room needs a bit of attention. One of the bedside lamps was hanging upside down, the pictures weren't hanging straight and the tap in the bathroom is wobbly.

We had a lovely stay at the Hotel du Cerf in Le Sépey. Everything was just right—from the comfortable atmosphere to the smooth service. What truly stood out was the restaurant. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Their attentiveness and kindness added a special touch to our dining experience. The food was delicious—every dish flavorful and beautifully presented. The local wine was a highlight, perfectly complementing the meal and offering a true taste of the region. If you’re looking for a cozy place with great hospitality and authentic Swiss cuisine, Hotel du Cerf is a charming choice. Would absolutely return!

Our third week-long stay and this remains a family-owned hidden gem, with great location between Leysin and Diablerets, large and comfortable rooms, good breakfast and on-site restaurant and great value. The sauna/steam and friendly staff are the cherry on the cake. Also, easy and free off street parking and simple access by train. We'll keep coming back. Only suggestion for improvement would be a kettle/coffee cups in the room, but got drinks at the bar are excellent and reasonably priced as well as freely available at breakfast.

Initially we were just looking for a hotel close to Glacier3000, but when we arrived at the hotel, we were amazed by the scenery and atmosphere of the typical Swiss countryside. Moreover, we got 2 rooms connected by a balcony overlooking the valley and snowy mountains, a very beautiful view. After checking in, we walked around and had a sauna. The breakfast provided was very delicious and fresh. The hotel also provides free parking. Thank you for providing an experience that exceeded our expectations.

My stay here was perfect. A fast train from Geneva to Agile then a cute train up through the mountains to Le Sepey. Hotel was a few minutes walk from the station. It was from this station I got the train and bus up meet the cable cars up to Glacier 3000. So ideally suited for public transport. The hotel was spotless and everyone was so friendly. My room was perfect as it had a balcony and good in size. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and dinner ... well the rosti was sheer perfection. There is a small shop, that seemed to sell everything, and a bakery/coffee shop just around the corner. Although I didn't get the snow in the village it was up on the mountains so I hope to go back when summer flowers are in full bloom.

Very comfortable and very good value for money. Breakfast included. There are few options for breakfast, but of high quality, which is O.K. for a 3 star hotel. Restaurant is affordable and has very good food. You can drink beer on the terrace. Parking is free in front of the hotel. Everybody is very friendly. A good place to organize your daily trips around. It can get warm in the room (no AirCo) but who stays during the day inside in such a nice place.

Staff warmed as the stay went on, very friendley by end. The breakfasts were good and evening meals exceptional. Bed very comfortable. From the outside the building looked like an ordinary Swiss chalet, but inside the decor was beautyfully presented. The lift was appreciated. Bus & train station near.

The bathroom tiles were slippery when wet, and the shower tray was lethal in use.

Nice, cozy and clean rooms within a nice hotel building. The restaurant has good food, which is important as there are no alternative locations dinner options in the little village. We went for a shortski in Les Diablerets, which can be easily reached by train from Le Sépey.

If you don't like staying in a secluded place, you shouldn't book here. As we arrived by train, we didn't have another option than eating every evening in the hotel and there was nothing else to do during the evenings. We didn't mind though. Basic wellness in the hotel

My favourite hotel I stayed at on my December Switzerland trip! Very kindly they gave me a big room that was more like a little apartment. Beautiful little living area, wooden stairs up to the bedroom part, and a beamed ceiling! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was amazing, so much choice (also recommend the rosti for dinner)! And the hotel was wonderfully decorated for Christmas. Very close to the train station, and all the staff I met were very friendly. Would definitely stay again. Thanks so much!
